I was really happy and will come again. The apartment was clean, modern and big, even had a balcony and fully equiped kitchen. The only thing that I did not like was a 6 Dollar credit card fee. That should be included in the room rate, since most people pay with credit card.

Sehr schönes Hotel Apartment
Neues Hotel. Vor einem Jahr erst gebaut. Apartment sind komplett ausgestattet. Sehr gemütlich und eine sehr schöne Lage zum Baden, Essen und shoppen gehen. Gegenüber ist das Pacific Mall. Das größte hier im Gebiet. Die Strände sind sauber und es sind immer Life Guards vor Ort.

The Avani was such a beautiful, well presented residence. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 31st floor and the views were incredible! The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything you could want or need when staying at an apartment. Locations was also a massive plus with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We were very impressed and will be choosing Avani for our next GC stay!

Was a last minute booking. Nice one bedroom unit in a modern building. Views towards the casino and the canals from my unit. The location was the best feature, being in the heart of Broadbeach.

Apart from great location, we parked our car on arrival and there it stayed. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Front office staff were great as was other staff we came across during our stay.

Highly recommended!
The hotel is fantastic! It is in the perfect location in Broadbeach. Close to amazing restaurants and public transport and across the road from the casino and pacific fair. A short stroll to the beach and the heated pool is awesome! Definitely will book again!

Check in was great.. very helpful on the desk, helped us with parking and upgraded us to a bigger room for nothing! Room and ocean view was stunning! The gym was okay but quite small for such a big hotel/apartment complex. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Good location very close to a huge mall and tram ride to surfers! The perfect location.

Excellent hotel, quiet, not too crowded. Staff were always present, attentive and helpful at all hours. Allowed for a very relaxed, enjoyable stay.

Nice large rooms and great Broadbeach location. Check in was also very fast and flexible with time.
