Amazing townhouse
It was a great place that my friend husband wanted to book the place next time. We are all satisfied and our kids love to stay more. It is convenient to travel around and beautiful place to relax.

Air-conditioning was not functional for Bed rooms . It covers only Living and Top floor.
Overall experience is good.

HI Sazzad I am very sorry that you felt it necessary to give me a three star review despite the fact I let you have an extra person stay without charge. You have also not mentioned that the bedrooms on the middle floor have doors to leading to a verandah also fans in all the rooms. Also, I clearly state in my townhouse briefing what the air-conditioning situation is like in the townhouse. Kind regards Keryn

Highly recommend
Stayed with a group of 4 ladies for a weekend getaway, and we were all extremely happy with the house. Very clean and well appointed, comfortable beds, kitchen supplies were appreciated and easy commuication with Keryn. Great location also, easy walk to Chevron Village restaurants and shops.

Girl's Getaway
A great location for our girl's getaway. Close to all the we needed, including the Surfers Paradise Parkrun located at HOTA. No need to drive anywhere once we settled in. The pantry had all the basics and the Welcome Pack was very generous. Thank you Keryn.

Girls weekend
We had a lovely weekend staying at Keryn’s! Absolutely gorgeous set up, light, fresh and airy. All amenities provided, lots of pantry items were available too! Which made our little weekend perfect as we didn’t need to bring much at all which was a lovely surprise. Great location to everything we needed for our night out on surfers, and our day out at theme parks. Thank you Keryn!

What a wonderful find so close to Surfers!
We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids) who stayed at this property for 3 nights in September. The owner was very easy to communicate with and access was straight forward. We all loved the property, it felt like a real charming Oasis and was very calm, despite being a short walk from the heart of Surfers. The recent renovations are very nice, creating a coastal charm and clean and very comfortable space. We loved the nice touches and amenities that Keryn has available for guests, the beds were comfortable and the little back years space was a lovely place to read. The master suite was huge and a bit of luxury. We could even fit out high 12 seater hiace van in th driveway! The local shops are cute and 5 mins walk away. Overall a lovely stay which was very family friendly. Thank you!

Fantastic location for a family stay
Away from the hustle bustle but still within walking distance to the beach. The property was clean and tidy with all the furnishings. The owner's attentiveness showed through at every corner. We didn't have any noise issues while we stayed. However the sound isolation isn't strong so definitely could be an issue if neighbours get noisy.

Fantastic location, amazing property
We werr an extended family group and this property was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space, lovely decor and very handy to walk to and from Surfers Paradise beach, restaurants etc. All the small details have been thought of to make your stay easy. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Surfers Paradise that is after a tranquil quiet home to holiday in.

Beautiful Accommodation
This is a beautiful property, great proximity to the heart of Surfers Paradise, but far enough away to also feel private. Kerryn has done a great job making this town house feel like a home away from home. Everything we needed (and more) was provided, great decor, very clean, I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on the Gold Coast.

Stayed for 2.5 weeks and was impressed with everything. Only thing we would have liked was a large bowl to make a salad in but it’s a very minor detail! Great host and communication was helpful and can’t fault it! Thanks Keryn, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Great stay.
Great place, arrived on a friday, although no A/C in bedrooms on middle level and the A/C 3rd floor master always broken. Coming from Sth Vic we found and heat uncomfortable at night and for me I ended up sleeping down in the lounge on a mattress I found in the garage. The A/C was fixed on the Tuesday. The communication was brilliant and the effort in getting it fixed was great and support. I'd happen to get vertigo on the Sunday and this made the experience even worse without A/C. Overall, great location quiet neighbourhood and beautiful property. Highly recommended the stay.

Thanks for taking the time to review Patrice. Shortly after you left a guest who had stayed there prior emailed me to let me know the a/c wasn't working. There had been three sets of guests in the property up until your stay and no-one had let me know. I rely on guest feedback and happy that you did. I'm glad we could get it fixed for you and that you enjoyed your stay nonetheless.

Locally convenient and peaceful
Such a pleasant stay with my family for the week. The townhouse was beautiful, bright and comfortable with amenities Keryn was very informative and accommodating leading up to the our stay. Location was close to everything we needed and surprisingly quiet and peaceful being so close to Surfers Paradise

Ideal Location for Chevron Island

Amazing property with best value
The property is immaculately maintained and the host Keryn is very true to her word in the upkeep and letting you know the facts. The house is exactly as described and the facilities are very thoughtfully planned for a home away from home. The location is just right and the property gives the most value for the spend. Extremely Clean and Luxurious Stay
We had an amazing time at the place, which was definitely one of the best Stayz experiences we have all had. Keryn was lovely and was very accommodating. The place itself was beautiful and extremely spacious. The outdoor space was amazing and the location was very homely and surprisingly close to major attractions. Highly recommended!
