Schönes Apartment und guter Service, aber ...
Das Apartment und der Service ist wirklich sehr gut, jedoch hatte ich leider ein Zimmer im 4ten Stock direkt zur Hauptstraße hin und das war sehr sehr laut, da die Fenster leider nichts abwehren und man so die ganze Nacht den Verkehr hört. Ansonsten war alles super, Ausstattung und auch der Service vor Ort, wenn man mal was brauchte ( Ausdruck, Handtuch,...)

We had a great stay at Synergy on Broadbeach & would definitely visit again. The check in process was really easy & the reception staff were very helpful with any questions. The apartment was very clean & had everything that we needed for our stay. The construction work that we were advised about didnt make any noise that we were aware off. We wre on the 4th floor at the front of the building so the road & tram was more noisy. Great location & very easy to walk to local bars, restaurants, the Casino, Pacific Fair & Draculas. The only slight negative was that the bed was 2 twins pushed together so they was a hard ridge in the middle.

It was in the middle of Broadbeach and very close to the gathering place. Good for tourists and travelers. Very convenient location, close to transportation, restaurants, beach, etc. The staff and room facility, and views are also good.

Overall good experience, there is no signage guiding to lift from the parking and at one time i believed there was no lift however I found it after 5 minutes search. Lift was not working at the time of check out and had to carry big suitcases down from 7th floor through steps.

Great location however there were holes in the sheets, the dishwasher tray didn’t slide in, the cutlery holder was missing the bottom on half of it, there was food left from previous people and the recycle bag stank and had left overs in the bottom of it. Not worth the money.

We liked staying here. Spacious rooms, great position to restaurants etc and 10 min easy walk to the beach. Great view. Foxtel. Air con in each room and fans. Good size bathrooms too. Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Couple of things though. Our room had small cockroaches constantly which wasn’t good. The hotel staff tried to help but they didn’t go away. Second the pool isn’t bad but in shade by lunch time and with the new high rise being built it will be in shade almost always. The sun lounges we like lying on a rock. I think they could invest in some better sun lounges. Staff were helpful and friendly. So I would stay here again.

Everything was great, very quiet of a night, but construction work right next door made the days quite noisy - expected to last another 3 months at least.

We have stayed here before
We have stayed here before and find it very comfortable with lovely staff. Only issue this time was a construction site right outside our bedroom. Even on the 7th floor it was extremely noisey and started at 7am. Fortunately they didn’t work over the weekend. The room was very reasonably priced but we weren’t given the option

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement, son confort et son aménagement. Nous avons également apprécié et profité de la vue sur la mer, ce qui ne va pas durer, car un immeuble est en construction en face de l'hôtel. Il y avait du bruit provenant du chantier dès 6 h 30 du matin. Il y avait également un problème avec un des ascenseurs qui refusait d'ouvrir les portes à notre étage (15e). Nous devions faire attention de ne pas le prendre. Ensuite, il y avait un problème d'évacuation d'eau dans la salle de bains principale. Nous avons signalé ces inconvénients à la réception de l'hôtel. Hormis cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

The walls looked like they had been badly damaged and only had a ‘quick patch’ done to them… the areas that had been damaged were still visible - it made us feel quite uneasy as to what would have caused that much damage to the walls and property

The room overall was great but there was no king bed only 2 singles shoved together which made for the most uncomfortable sleep i have ever had at what was supposed to be a bit of luxury.
