„Stay 9 nights!! The beautiful room with lounge access definitely felt home away home. The incredible staff Lucia and Hannah at the lounge are so attentive and Also the gentleman (forgot his name) cooked fresh waffle for us . All this created such a sweet memory for us. Thank you everyone!!! We will be back on our next trip to Dalian.“

„modernes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und Pool! Frühstück ist vielfältig und International. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.“

„This property is located on a dark alley without lighting at night. We saw piles of trash near the entrance. It did not feel secure. There is no front desk, and we were NOT contacted before arrival to inform us of the hours it closed. No one was there to check us in. We left and stayed at another hotel. They refused to give us even a partial refund on a 4 day stay.“

„Pleasant stay at Dalian Kempinski. Rooms a bit dated and carpets in the whole way quite smelly. However convenient location of the hotel and pleasant and helpful English speaking staff. The Sauna, Pool area is definitely worth visiting. Breakfast ist ok with the standard variety but nothing fancy or exclusive.“

„Brot wurde beim Frühstück nicht nachgefüllt, keine Service bzgl. Kaffee und Tee. Ebenso kein Orangensaft nachgefüllt. Zimmermann kommen trotz bitte nicht stören, verdreckter Teppich in einer Suite (no go) Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder Hotel verdient keine 5 Sterne, trotz super Lage in der Innenstadt“
