« Great place fairly new. 3 full bathrooms nice large bedrooms. Great big walk around deck. Good for stargazing at night. Private access to the river. Make sure you take water shoes for the rocks. There’s also an outdoor shower if needed. The only problem was the well water smelled pretty bad. Not drinkable. Take plenty of drinking water. I wouldn’t even use the washer to wash my clothes. It melt that bad. That’s the only reason I got a four out of five. »

« Address number wasn't listed on the mailbox or house, so it was hard to know if we were at the right place. The entrance was poorly lit, under a dark deck, with no house number. Couch was old and stained and creamer was curdled. On a positive note the rest of the place was clean and the streaming services were easily accessible. »

« This was an amazing rental home with all the “creature comforts” at your disposal. They truly thought of any and all needs you might have. It was “squeaky clean” in all areas. The host was very good with communication throughout the period from when I booked until the actual stay-prior, during and after. When in the Bella Vista region again, will definitely book with this particular provider. »

« the ac was not working the first night and the inside temp was in 90 degrees so had to get motel rooms for the first night. one fine bnb. only offered 30% off first night and then didn't even issue the refund after they said they would.it has now been over a month of waiting. so posting a bad review to warn others. had to get vrbo involved and vrbo did awesome by refunding the service fee so off set the cost. if it wasnt for one fine bnb this place would get 5 stars. »
