Check-in was online only, and we had some confusion on arrival since the front desk staff didn’t know which apartment we were in and the host wasn’t responsive right away. „The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. “
