An 80 m² designer apartment in Karlatornet, Lindholmen, with panoramic Gothenburg and coastline views. Floor-to-ceiling windows and 3.4-metre ceilings bring in natural light, while dark wooden floors, marble finishes and layered lighting create a warm setting after dark. Air conditioning is adjustable from the bedroom, kitchen and living room.

LIVING ROOM & VIEW
Relax on the sculpted sofa or armchair with the skyline in front of you. The living room includes an ethanol fireplace, a large HD Smart TV and a premium sound system.

The living-room glass doors open fully onto a very shallow balcony, approximately 50 cm deep. This is a place to enjoy the view through the open doors, rather than an outdoor seating area.

KITCHEN & DINING
The Gaggenau kitchen includes an induction stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. An espresso machine, coffee, cooking basics, dishes, glassware and a round dining table make meals at home easy.

WORKSPACE
A dedicated desk with a comfortable, supportive chair, fast Wi-Fi and a large monitor with HDMI and USB-C connectivity. Guests can connect their own laptop. The workspace has a skyline view beside the desk.

BEDROOM
A king-size bed with premium bedding, a glass walk-through closet, reading chair and dimmable lighting. Electric blackout curtains make the bedroom fully dark for sleep.

BATHROOM & LAUNDRY
Marble surfaces, gold finishes, a rain shower, heated floors and a heated towel rail. Toiletries and bathroom essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Best suited to two guests, or two guests with a baby. A crib and high chair are included at no extra cost; please request them before arrival so we can prepare them.

A third guest can be accommodated on advance request using an 80 cm-wide mattress placed on the living-room sofa with bedding. The sofa is not a sofa bed, and this additional sleeping setup is best for a short stay or someone comfortable with a simpler arrangement.
