„We have been here many times over the last 20yr . I belive you get what you pay for. The staff are nice but you need to ring for sevice as desk is not manned. The rooms are dated but clean beds are comfy. We got a double double there qas plenty of room maybe a few chairs would have been nice. „Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“

„DasRaven Hall Country House Hotel, liegt direkt an der Küste an hohem Kliff und bietet einen wirklich sehr schönen Blick über die Nordsee. The owners and staff were all very friendly ready to share stories from long ago including hosting a luncheon for Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip just 10 years ago. Fascinating conversations! My husband and I enjoyed the views from the bedroom window overlooking the bay. However the bedroom was smaller than we expected. The staff and customers were friendly.
