Very clean and in excellent condition. This apartment was not furnished as in the photo, although it was fine as it was. It is centrally located on a busy street with restaurants that are open in the evening. It may be noisy for some although we enjoyed being in the middle of everything. Tours were being conducted on our street as it is a block from the Cathedral and very close to the entrance to the Albaicin. We loved the location and enjoyed the apartment. I will use this apartment again for every subsequent visit I make to Granada as we visit from Malaga often.

Great location and clean

Enjoyed our stay. Great location and very clean. Parking was difficult and not previously communicated or explained. It was my first visit to Spain and had to look for a parking spot at midnight. Ended up parking 1 km away after booking it online. The other inaccuracy was the distance to Alhambra that was not 5 minutes driving. Takes 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Parking at Alhambra is very hard. Take a taxi or Uber.

Comfortable & Ideally located

Our family of 3 greatly enjoyed our stay in this modern apartment near Plaza Nueva and the ease this location gave us to walk everywhere…to the Alhambra, the Albaicin, the Cathedral and Granada’s center. Two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom plus a 1/2 bathroom off the living space was a great floor plan.

Sehr netter Empfang von der Agency,( im selben Haus.) Wohnung ist hell, schön eingerichtet, moderne Küche . 2 grosse helle Schlafzimmer mit en Suite Badezimmer… Waschmaschine mit Trockner von Bosch. Jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Toplage, gleich bei Plaza Nueva. Sehr gutes Café mit eigener Bäckerei, gleich um die Ecke..

Stay AWAY from the host "Chezmoihomes"

I had booked this property for my family from March 14th to 16th. A few days before I was leaving on my trip, host messaged me that this particular property has some HVAC issues and they were going to move me to a different property (Mirador de los arcos Alhambra). Since I was left with minimal choice in the last minute before my trip, I said OK to this property. The property (Mirador de los arcos Alhambra) had several issues - was very difficult to open/lock the main door, no proper instructions to turn on the room lights, heater did not work in any of the rooms. It was 50F at night with no functioning heater! My family was freezing and was very uncomfortable at the property. We messaged the host several times for instructions to turn on the heater but no response. This was completely ruining our mood and vacation in the wonderful city of Granada. We couldn't take it anymore and we decided to move to a different hotel later that first night after many failed attempts to contact the host. Next morning we communicated via VRBO messaging to the host and after some back and forth, the host agreed to refund the rental amount for the second night. It has been over one month and several messages via Vrbo messaging and Whatsapp but no refund has been issued till date. I have filed an official complaint and raised a case# with Vrbo. Please do yourself a favor and stay AWAY from the property listings from this host ""Chezmoihomes"

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city

Perfectly located. Very new and modern 2 bed 2.5 bath. If driving, there are garages nearby. Not cheap but convenient. Apartment is walking distance to major attractions in very secure building. Would have been nice to have a few cooking amenities such as salt/pepper/olive oil etc. but great apartment.

Great apartment in a fantastic location!

Very comfortable flat for parents and two teens. The flat is above a bar and we were worried about the noise but once we closed the blackout curtains that are embedded between the double-paned windows, we didn't hear a thing! The property manager gave us great restaurant tips and was full of information about the city. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, beautiful, modern apartment

Great 4 nights in Granada. The lovely modern apartment was as described- perfect for 2 couples. Great neighborhood- several pastry shops right down the street. And a short walk to Diamonte, the great seafood restaurant recommended by Maria! We went twice. The check in went very smoothly, Maria was very welcoming and explained all. There aren’t restaurant suggestions in the apartment so make sure to ask. Maria gave us quite a few that she indicated on a map for us. We had an initial problem with lighting and Gloria and Maria responded immediately. The Essential Granada free walking tour with Pedro Maria was excellent! 11am, Plaza Nueva. Register online - you won’t regret!

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful area. Would give it 5 stars but for some lacking essential details: Only one size frying pan and one extra large pot. Only one large mixing bowl. An inefficient coffee maker - but a can of roast coffee which was delicious. The unfortunate experience was in finding (after using for three nights) the wonderful bed comforter was blood stained in several places with some others blood. A significant stain on an otherwise lovely stay. Quality control at this or any other level, should be paramount..

Perfect location!

We loved our stay in Grenada. The apartment is beautifully designed with everything we needed. The location was central and we took advantage of the optional parking, so we could simply walk everywhere. Our host was so responsive and helpful. It was a perfect visit!

Best Place to Stay in Granada!

Wow. This place was incredible and the location was perfect. There are so many restaurants close by, the apartment is located just off a main street, but very quiet and tucked away. We had an easy walk to the Alhambra, train station, Aljibe San Miguel Baños Árabes, and Realejo-San Matias barrio. One bedroom has views of the Alhambra and the other overlooks the streets. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and is the entire 5th floor for the building. Being a corner and large apartment, you have 3 sides of windows. The 2 bedrooms are cozy and 2.5 bathrooms are pristine and spacious. the amenities (coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer) were a nice bonus. The blackout curtains in the bedroom were also very nice in keeping away the midday-evening sun's heat and getting the best sleep. The host company was extremely helpful and communicative, great customer service. We are so happy we selected this apartment - and we highly recommend staying here!

Modern, clean, perfect location

This was one of the best rental places we have ever stayed in while traveling. Granada is a small town, and this apartment was right in the center of it all - steps from all the main tourist sites, restaurants, and shops. Our hosts made parking easy, and they were very welcoming and responsive. The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. The central AC was wonderful to have in the hot summer, and so was a washing machine that also had drying function. What a fantastic find!

Great airy apartment, ideal location

This bright, airy, open-plan apartment is modern and comfortable. Located right off two main avenues of Granada, Gran Via and Reyes Catolicos, it's the perfect location to walk to nearly everywhere. Minutes from the Cathedral, only blocks from Plaza Nueva, you're in the heart of restaurants, bars, shopping and more. A great find!

Fantastic apartment; great location

We spent 2 nights here in January 2019. This was our favorite apartment we stayed at in our two week vacation to Europe. It's right in the middle of old town, so everything is within a few minute walk. The apartment is very modern and in great shape. Lots of windows, so it's very bright, but has electric shades for privacy in the evening. Everything is updated and new. Management company was excellent. Representative had a map of town and marked locations of sites and good restaurants for us. It's on the 4th floor, but if you don't like stairs, there is a nice elevator for the building. Management company stocks fridge with snacks and drinks. You just leave cash when you check-out for what you used. Prices were not unreasonable (e.g. 1.25 Euros for a can of soda). We highly recommend this apartment.

Best VRBO property we stayed at in Spain. Very modern and clean, good beds and showers, very close to the center of the city. Plus, Sanne was extremely helpful , meeting us at the apartment and orienting us in Granada. Highly recommended!

Great apartment, amazing location

The apartment is new, modern, and has every amenity. With two bedrooms and two and half baths, it's perfect for two couples or a family. There's a bright, comfortable living room, a dining room and a clean, brand new kitchen. We felt very comfortable there. But the real luxury is the location, which is a block from Plaza Nueva, and within easy walking distance of everything you want to see in Granada. It's literally steps to Albacin, Plaza Nueva, the Cathedral, Royal Chapel, and the general downtown area. It's surrounded by restaurants, bakeries, and shops. It's a 15 minute walk to Alhambra. We literally have no complaints. The place is perfect and reasonably priced. It's hard to imagine a better place to stay when visiting Granada.

Classy Apartment Granada Centre

Amazing apartment in the centre of Granada surrounded by restaurants(tapas) and a beautiful square. 2 good size bedrooms each with en-suite and a lovely kitchen living room. Special thanks to Sane who went the extra mile to make our stay special. We will return.
