There were 6 of us ladies who were retired getting together for our annual September reunion. We loved the spaciousness of the downstairs living area & how nicely it was decorated. The hosts had just about everything you would need for a cooking kitchen. We brought enough food for 5 meals and the kitchen contained dishes, utensils, serving plates, pans, etc. The counter space is plentiful, there was a dishwasher, Mr Keurig coffee pot & K cups, creamers, coffee filters, and lots more. The owners even left out snack size bags of chips, etc. along with the makings for s’mores. Of course, the Hershey’s chocolate bars were the first to disappear.
The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The downstairs living area is huge. It’s a combined kitchen, living area, & dining room. We spent most of our time at the dining room table in our PJ’s all day Saturday eating, laughing, playing games, & reminiscing about old times.
I can see where a family and children would have plenty of space to spread out. The upstairs bedroom/game room was huge with 2 large beds & trundles. Great space for kids. We never made it outside so I can’t comment on that. It was a pretty view from the window.
