Property was perfect for a girls long weekend. It had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. There was lots of space for us to have some much needed alone time. The outdoor space was quiet and mostly private. A cool breeze made it a favorite spot for morning coffee. The neighborhood was very quiet and made scenic late afternoon walks very pleasant. The host was very responsive. I definitely recommend.

Our party of 4 adults over 60 yrs old loved this property. It was clean, fresh, and full of character. We all enjoyed the game room with the video arcade game and air hockey! The outdoor sitting area was lovely, overlooking a little pond with turtles, birds, and fish and a corn hole game. The kitchen was fully outfitted and ready to go, even though we didn't cook a meal in it. We all highly recommend it! Our friends had never stayed in a VRBO property and I think their minds were blown!! Kudos to our hosts.

We came to town for a mini family reunion. This home is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely clean. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Love the helpful kitchen counter and drawer labeling to easily find things. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Highly recommend you consider this property and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

We came up to explore the Dinosaur Valley State Park with our 3 kids and to just have a fun weekend. The house was perfect- our boys loved the bunk room and game room. We played several rounds of air hockey and the arcade game was a hit. There were also several board games and toddler toys as well! We brought a baby gate to help with the stairs and that was all we needed to do to baby proof the home. The fire pit and corn hole game outside were also a blast. The entire home was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We were blown away by how perfect this house was. It was immaculate. Well stocked. The kitchen was top notch. We all enjoyed the game room and back patio. Every morning we checked the lake for cranes, turtles, and mud hens. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Definitely putting this home on our repeat visit.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves. We decided to treat our kids to a weekend christmas mini vacation. Wish we would have stayed longer. Felix, the home owner, responded very quickly, and the hospitality of the home was spectacular! WE WILL BE BACK!

Our stay was the most enjoyable getaway time. We loved the kitchen & good quality pots & pans & the cleanliness of the whole house. Enjoyed the outside covered patio. The game room was a plus. We can’t wait till next year. We are coming back!

The property is exactly how it shows on the website. House is clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfortable. The air hockey table and mini arcade games were a hit. Location was between Granbury and Glenrose.

The house was amazing. There was some construction going on in the neighborhood but it didn’t really affect us. The kitchen sink didn’t drain very well but Felix said it would be addressed so still giving 5⭐️!

A nice property with very good amenities. We enjoyed the little pavilion area, especially in the mornings. Some nice games to play - air hockey, cornhole and even a little arcade game. Seemed well stocked with a nice ambience. Getting there is a bit rough - the roads are awful and you wind around quite a bit. Overall a nice place to stay.

The home was beautifully laid out to allow family their own space. Everything was privided that we possibly needed and then some. Felix was an amazing host, and quick to answer questions. We had some confusion checking in at front entrance, but in their defense, the electrical power was out when we arrived. The kids enjoyed the comfortable bunk beds and game room. A plus is that they did not require me to clean the entire house prior to check out like some rentals.

We booked this location to get away for a few days with my daughter after her High School graduation. We had family coming in from out of town and wanted a place to accommodate us all. The location is close enough to town but still far enough away to be peaceful. The photos do not do the property justice. It is fabulous!! The hosts have done an outstanding job of providing the necessities and the accommodations are welcoming. We enjoyed every minute of our time there and we will definitely come back again. The fishing is pretty good as well if you are into it. Don’t think twice on this place. Just book it!! You will not regret it.

The Property was extremely clean. The bathrooms were very clean and nice looking. the house had the perfect amount of space for four adults. We enjoyed the outdoor area and watching the baby turtles swim in the lake. Overall we all really had a relaxing week and would book this property again.
