« Staff at the Inn are phenomenal, room was as pictured and provided everything listed. Great location in proximity to hiking and Winter Park adventuring. The ONLY thing we struggled with was the TV remote working to access for streaming services at the end of our evenings - we could change volume on the same remote but no other buttons worked. »

The unit we stayed in had everything we needed and was so nice, including plenty of personal touches, like pretty pillows on the sofa, a mountain-themed dish towel, left-over containers, games, and plenty of warm covers on the bed. « The front desk is available 24/7. They were helpful with providing the room keys, directing me where to park, and answering any other questions I had.The unit had a gorgeous view of the mountains and was very comfortable. »

« Easy check-in but location of actual unit was a little deceiving based on the pictures. Had to walk up & down a couple of outdoor stairs to get to ground level & parking lot and the distance to the ski run was further than it appeared. The thermostat settings were a little uncomfortable & unadjustable, as it got really warm inside the unit from evening til morning, making it hard to sleep, even though fans were on. »
