« This place was absolutely perfect! The oceanfront view was stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. « Truly enjoyed walking out the screened in porch to the pool and awesome view of the small bay. Finding starfish everyday was a new experience. Regular walks to Starfish Point in the morning and in the evening to see awesome sunsets. Short distance to Rum Point area along with swimming with stingrays were other highlights. We will remember this trip for many years to come. »

« We enjoyed our stay in Livia’s condo - it was exactly as pictured, well appointed, and very clean. We loved the pool overlooking the beach/ocean. It was quiet and had easy access to grocery and liquor stores too. Livia was a wonderful host - she answered our questions in a super timely manner and we had no issues to speak of while staying at her property. A great place to enjoy Grand Cayman! »

« While we were there in early July the beach in front of the property was taken over by the ocean but was shallow enough to easily walk in. There is also a beach that is accessible from the complex on the side. However, we didn't find a way to walk to the rest of 7MB with the current water level. Peppers restaurant across the street served amazing Carribbean food. Truly a very convenient location. We plan to go back! Harold was very accessible, friendly, and helpful before and during our stay. »

« The Parrot 6 was outstanding, exactly as advertised. The view from the living room was fantastic and a great way to wake up each day! Being extremely close to the ocean was also a huge plus. The on-property pool was undersold! It was wonderful, big, and a great way to unwind in the heat of the day. The location was great, in a quiet part of the island. We rented a car, so it was not an issue for us. Great dinner options in the West Bay were less than 10 minutes away.Highly recommend this place....

"Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© parfait. Le logement est grand et chacune des chambres a sa bain privĂ©e. Il Ă©tait IMPECCABLE. Nous avions accĂšs Ă  des BBQ qui sont nettoyĂ©. L’édifice est facilement accessible et est prĂšs de tout. La plage est Ă  distance de marche. L’une des plus belle plage des caraĂŻbes. L’unique bĂ©mol, avoir plus de bol pour la prĂ©paration des repas. J’y retournerais sans hĂ©siter et le recommande Ă  tous. "
