« When we arrived, we were informed that the hot tubs weren't functioning, which was disappointing, but really not an issue for us. When we went to the pool, the hot tubs were drained, but not cleaned. There were band aids, hair, and gravel/sand sitting in the empty hot tubs and it really grossed us out. There was also a very strong chemical smell as we entered the building that carried all the way to our room. The room didn't smell that way though, which was a relief. »

« People at the reception were nice and very accommodating. Althought the beds and the sheets were clean, the room itself could have been cleaner. The air conditionner was very noisy and smelled moldy. The rug in would need a good vaccuming and deep cleaning. The fridge needs to be defrosted. The entire bathroom needs to be renovated as the fixtures are cracked and worned out. »
