Spectacular RentalWe had a family reunion with adults from all over the country meet in Grand Haven. This rental house is nothing short of spectacular. The design choices are exquisite with so many details in every room (even the guys noticed!) The kitchen was extremely well equipped. We did a lot of cooking while on site and nothing was missing. We also thought that the bedrooms and beds were all comfortable enough and I found the twin beds in the basement to be the softest which agrees with my back. There were enough bathrooms for nine adults to comfortably shower as needed. The location to the beach is perfect with a short walk down some steep steps. They have every beach toy you could imagine including easy to carry chairs which we took down to the beach one day. As mentioned in the description, the parking is a bit of a challenge but worth it. The house is situated in a neighborhood called Highland Park Association which was very quaint with many beautiful lake houses all nestled into a very small area. We were able to unload our car including coolers and food without much difficulty. It would be difficult to find this spot in the dark. The video that they provide from the parking lot to the house is very helpful. We felt very safe and secure with the automatic door lock feature and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We sat out on the deck for all of our meals and we were able to make s'mores one night at the propane fire pit. Just a perfect getaway.
