Contacted mgt Saturday morning and was told a maintenance ticket would be submitted. We checked out on Monday and was still not addressed by maintenance. « The property was perfect for a group of us traveling for a concert in Grand Rapids. It’s spacious and the beds are super comfortable and easy to get to. We only used the house to sleep in but if we had to cook, it seemed to have everything we’d need. There was a little hiccup getting a hold of someone and into the property as their system was glitching but they eventually worked it out. I would definitely stay here again. »
