« Great location. Dorm fridge was shin height and tiny. Just a single burner hot plate for cooking meals. Only enough counter space to make a sandwich on a napkin. Water wasn't warm enough to produce steam in the bathroom. Great for young people who haven't been around the block yet. Not so great for retirees. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. »

« We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get. »

« Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks! »

"De la fumĂ©e s'est dĂ©gagĂ©e du chauffage et a envahi la chambre de fumĂ©e Mon pĂšre et moi avons dĂ» ĂȘtre auscultĂ© par une ambulance. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© relogĂ©s dans une autre chambre. Il faisait froid dans la chambre mais trop peur de rallumer le chauffage et que le mĂȘme problĂšme se produise. Pas de couvertures en plus proposĂ©es. Il y a eu une doublure reservation, ils m'ont remboursĂ©s la rĂ©servation en trop dĂ» au problĂšme que j'avais rencontrĂ©. Mais Ă  ce stade ils auraient pu carrĂ©ment me rembourser le logement entier car c'Ă©tait un motif pour les poursuivre en justice. Je ne recommande pas."
