Hôtel Grand Traverse District, Flint

« Omg, worst experience ever, the hotel is excellent but the location. AVOID ! Gun shots at night, homeless in the parking, party inf in the room next door, Smell of weed… never going back there »

« The staff was Amazing! Whenever I stay at this location I feel so welcomed. The desk attendant, housekeeping, the breakfast attendant...everyone is always so nice and accommodating. Although the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay, I do hope that there are plans for upgrades or remodeling in the future. Nonetheless, this will always be my place of choice when I am visiting. »

« tres tres désuet. seul bon point pas cher et beaucoup de resto dans le coin .Les restos ferme de bonne heure 21h. »

« Spacious bathroom, tub not cleaned good ; found hair in tub . Microwave had food from previous client so not inspected good by house keeping. Breakfast was not good. Poor variety of breakfast items and not enough quantity. Place is good for 1-2 nights . Lobby area was very spacious. Pool area nice and clean… bed frame in room had metal piece sticking out and clients can easily scrape their leg getting out of bed .. »

« Très propre, facile d’accès, personnel très accueillant. »

« The property had bugs inside my room and on the outside the trash can was overflowing with trash for several days. Outside of that the staff was very friendly and helpful, they even sprayed my room due the bugs »

« Ok »

« Marissa the general manager and Gina with housekeeping made the stay enjoyable. Very professional and hospitable. »

« The staff was the highlight of my stay. The gentleman behind the counter Amish(sp?) was exceptionally kind to me and my family I was visiting. He made us all feel welcomed and was there to help with anything we needed. In fact, regardless of what staff member I passed, they greeted me with a welcome and asked if there was anything they could do to make my stay even better. The attention to my needs and welcoming atmosphere will certainly result in another stay when I return. The room was clean,...

« 2 queen beds, one with broken leg that slanted when sitting on that corner. Bathtub drain filled to ankle during shower. Breakfat was a minimal as could be. Staff was very friendly. »

« Séjour d'une nuit. La moquette est usée, le mobilier de la chambre est vieux mais la literie et les sanitaires sont propres. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner. »

« The staff was friendly. The hotel was nice. The only thing is that there was some clumps of hair in the pool which we let the staff know about. »
