« We had a great time at the Ocean Views Cottage. Everything was very clean, my husband loved the bike.From a european perspective, I like to recommend to the owners to have some laundry detergent available, as well as maybe basic seasonings like salt and pepper, maybe oil. Otherwise it was a great stop during our road trip. »

« My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the Saltaire Cottages. The location was better than I could have asked for - literally steps away from a beautiful beach with very few people. We did travel in Late May so it may have been before the crowds but it was perfect. There is a local bar and burger joint steps from the cottages which made it great for an evening drink and snacks. « We absolutely loved this tree house. We are a family of 3 with one fur baby, our frenchie. The house is decorated perfectly, very clean annd neat and the space for a family of 3 was very comfortable. It is close to everything yet far enough away to be peaceful. The pool was wonderful as was the beach. I absolutely love Betsy. She is very sweet and very responsive if you need something. We will most definitely be back to this tree house. Highly recommend!! »

« This was a great spot for the 2 of us and our dog. You truly cannot beat how close to the ocean you are. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach the best. A lot of sand gets tracked in because it is on ground level. We had a broom but no dish pan so we just used paper plates to try and clean everything up. Kitchen was fine, nice fridge and everything worked. The only downfall was that there was not an outdoor shower! If you decide to stay here, bring a 5 gallon bucket to fill up with to try and wash...

« Great little beach house! Clean and comfy in a great location. Very convenient to beach access and the fishing pier. Despite being centrally located it was quiet inside. Sitting on the front porch somehow felt private while we watched people coming and going from the beach. Nice and shady in the afternoon. We would definitely recommend. Nothing fancy but really perfect for a little true KDH / OBX experience. »

« Ive stayed at this property 4 times I believe since 2017 it hasn't changed a bit. And thats why we love this place. Its so quiet and peaceful there. Brought my kids this time and it was a hit. We fished, kayaked, swam and just soaked up the sun. Its close enough you can hit the Outer Banks or go in to Virginia Beach. I wont even consider another place to stay when I come out. I recommend going to Coinjock Marina for dinner or lunch we do that alot. The swing next to water was a great added...
