Where do I begin. First the pictures do not do justice to this beautiful well laid out home. The home lived big. The upstairs with the open kitchen to living room with large dining table, pantry, and fun kitchen ammenities was just the ticket. Then you venture to the "basement" which wasn't a basement at all but an entirely new space for games, lounging and the biggest TV I have ever seen in a home. Having an en-suite and 2 other full bathrooms was amazing. We attended our son's graduation from Iowa State and brought along our 91 year old father-in-law. He couldn't stop raving about the home. The washer and dryer and remote for the garage door- being able to use the garage in December was huge! The beds were all super comfortable and the deck and back yard- in the summer months would get a ton of use as they back up to a preserve area. The neighborhood was very residential and had a subdivision feel but quite and very well taken care of. The little things like a hot chocolate bar, keurig, shampoo, extra toothbrushes and feminine products- just in case- put a hotel to SHAME. Lots of nice little touches. All of the decor was simple and tasteful. The bag of local popcorn and candy canes a great welcome. Bethany was amazing at communicating. Thank you so much for a wonderful 3 day trip with your beautiful home.
