„The location was great for our purposes being close to the airport and easy to get to Easton Town Center. Check in was easy and he even let us check in a little early which was nice. It is an older home with a lot of dark painted walls that are light gray and fresh and modern looking in the pictures. There are window A/C units for the bedrooms that the pictures do not show, with one bedroom having no A/C as it doesn’t have a window. „We had a great experience. There was a slight smoke smell when we first arrived but the management group was very cooperative and offered various solutions to help remove the odor. It was nice out so we just opened the windows and aired the house out. No issues after that. Nice quiet neighborhood and you a really close to just about everything. Nice restaurants and great community. Would highly recommend.“

The owner was very responsive when we had a concern. The neighborhood is quiet and there are many stores and restaurants close by. „Time warp to your own grandma’s house with this little gem. Thoughtful touches throughout including multiple charging stands, bedside table/stand for each person on each bed. Kurieg was nice - lots of condiments and spices. One bath isn’t my favorite but it was large enough. Overall this is a nice little house that’s not very walkable, and the road noise is largely drowned out by the window a/C units. Some shampoo/conditioner/bodywash were provided. „My husband and I took the week to visit multiple Earthworks sites across Ohio. Newark served as our "home base" and we LOVED this town! This property above the Arcade was an awesome location for being able to access local restaurants, coffee shops, book stores and so much more. It was a great set-up for 2 people to come back each day and rest, prep picnic lunches, and even do our laundry! Great stay!“

„Nice inside. Back and front yard not great. Neighborhood interesting...lot of people dont believe in cutting thier grass. It was fine for us as we were using just to sleep and then traveling. Will say they did a beautiful job on the inside!!!! It was clean. Owners were very responsive to any questions. If we came back to ohio we would rent from them.“
