Clean, beautiful and close to downtown GB/Butternut

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It's well-equipped, clean and cozy and feels like you are out in the country but also a 10 minute drive from great restaurants, shops and skiing. We definitely plan to return.

The Manor Castle was exactly what we wanted and, more importantly, what we needed for this holiday break. It was clean and comfortable, beautiful and well-appointed. Every time they had an opportunity to make a good choice, they did -- everything was thoughtful and logical, making us feel simultaneously comfortable and pampered.It was the idyllic spot for our vacation and we would happily stay there again. One of the best VRBO ever

The castle house is fantastic. Spacious, beautifully decorated and equipped. There is no meal you can't craft from this kitchen. The house is super quiet,the beds are comfy, towels plush...close to Great Barrington. I can't say enough good things. Book it.

Fabulous Property!

This is a fantastic property! The house and grounds are amazing! The interior of the house was beautiful and spotless and the exterior was just as nice. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay and hope to return again next summer. The location was perfect for everything Berkshires related. I highly recommend this property and rank it among the best experiences we have had to date.

Great birthday weekend getaway!

Our family really loved the home, especially the tower! The outdoor space is also wonderful, where we enjoyed walks, bike rides and visiting wildlife. It is conveniently located near hiking trails and downtown Great Barrington, where we visited the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The house is perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, how it is stocked etc. The kitchen is better stocked than our home. 3rd BR is a little small and you need to walk steps to get to the 2nd br but all in all a great place

Great renovation convenient to GB, Egremont and numerous hikes

We enjoyed the tasteful furnishings and well thought out renovation during 4 nights in mid-November as a relaxing break from NYC. The windows in the living room are excellent for bird watching, and the large and comfortable sofa is perfect for lounging, reading or watching TV. The kitchen has high end appliances which we didn’t really use, but they were nice to look at. Loved the charging station for mobile phones! The mattress in the main bedroom on the ground floor was top notch and super comfortable. As the house is on a private cul de sac it’s very quiet. Would visit again as the house is so pleasant you just want to stay in and enjoy it.

Beautiful Home in the Berkshires

Close to antique stores, theaters, and gourmet food markets, this beautiful country castle is in an ideal location to explore the Berkshires. The kitchen is very well-equipped for preparing meals at home. The living room with fireplace is a perfect spot to watch movies and play board games. We look forward to our return!

Private and Tranquil

We wanted a few days away to unwind and relax. This house was just what we needed. Our two small dogs enjoyed their stay, too. The house is well appointed with everything you might need. The location is conveniently near restaurants and shopping. You can tell the house was decorated with comfort in mind. We stayed during the off season, so getting around the Berkshires from the house was easy with little traffic. The layout offers privacy...great to sneak upstairs to curl up and read a book. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing Property

We so enjoyed our weekend stay at Manor Lane! Love the area and view of mountains and tall trees. The home is very cozy and really comfortable beds! Close to Great Barrington shopping. Look forward to coming back to Great Barrington!

The home and property made for an excellent stay for our friends. We loved how close it was to Great Barrington. Great ski house

We had a wonderful time renting this house for ski season! It was spotlessly clean, so comfortable, and in a great location. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 kids) and it was even equipped to have family and friends for dinner. We loved every second there and hope to rent again next year.

Perfect fall getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. Located on a private lane, it is very quiet and peaceful with town less than 2 miles away. The house is very comfortable and cozy with everything you need. They bed was comfortable with great linens. We loved the master bath with the beautiful views. The kitchen was well equipped, including a large spice cabinet. We spent 10 days reading in front of the fireplace on the large couch, doing jigsaw puzzles, cooking in and watching movies. For us, this is a perfect getaway location and we hope to return soon.

Beautiful home in on a private drive

Our 2 week stay was perfect. The kitchen was chocked full of every imaginable cooking gadget and a full set of pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The house sports a very large great room with a lovely gas fireplace, that turns on with just a light switch. It was perfect for hosting our extended family that were staying nearby. Lauren, the house manager was terrific and extremely responsive to any query. Overall, it was a delightful 2 weeks.
