« This was a small room. Fine for one person, but could be a nuisance for a pair if they have significant luggage. The shower is cramped. Easy to get in. I didn't initially realize there were more supplies in the office downstairs (soap, creamer, etc.). There is also a general store & gas less than a mile to the west. The location is a bit further from both Acadia and Bar Harbor than most options, but not significantly so where you'd have to really plan for extra time to get anywhere. The nearby...

« It’s a smallish room, but that’s what we were looking for. This has it all! The room has a smallish bathroom off the corner. Toilet, sink, mirror - it’s all you need. Everything worked as it should. Has air conditioning, but we didn’t use it. Has heat, but we didn’t use it. Has 3 nice windows and blinds. Has a good sized flat TV, but again, we didn’t use it. Coffee maker, coffee and accoutrements, microwave and dresser that has a pull-out workspace. The room even has an old claw foot tub with a...

« Great location...close to Bar Harbor, Southwest Harbor, and Acadia National Park. Condo was clean. Check-in codes sent via email. No water views. No dishwasher. Laundry services available, but shared with other tenants. Unit sleeps four; however, with luggage, gear, etc. may be better suited for two adults. At times, airplanes may be heard flying overhead. Overall, though, I would recommend this unit. »

« Hosts easy to deal with. Place was neat and as promised. Nice place as a base to visit this part of Maine. Did Acadia NP, Whale watch, toured a couple Lighthouse spots, Did Bangor Steven King tour, and Upstate Moosehead Lake with a short walk on the AT. All easy drives from the rental. »

J’étais sur ce site pour me reposer en vacances et faisions bcp de vélo le jour au Parc Acadia ! C’était magique ! Le BBQ du Mercredi soir à peu de frais était très apprécié ! Nous aurions apprécié savoir qui était responsable de l’endroit pour sentir qu’un responsable tenait compte de la quiétude du site ! Sinon , l’endroit était plus que parfait …..tout...

« The accommodations were very nice; neat and very clean. Even when the power went out the host was very deligent in keeping us posted on the situation. Luckily, it was only out for about 30 minutes. Would recommend to friends. »
