« We were very comfortable in this beautiful, immaculate, well equipped home. Location is great, about 1/2 hour from the main entrance to Acadia and close to the town of Southwest Harbor. The hosts were very accommodating and got back to us very quickly on the few questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself. »

« Property is ideal for a couple or small family. Located off Main Street in Bar Harbor, it was perfect for walks to restaurants, shops, the Shore Path or anything else in the downtown area and also minutes away from Acadia National Park. The place was really clean and had all the basics needed for the week. The owners, Lisa and Rick, made check in easy and were quick to respond to questions. As others have said, this house is a hidden gem in Bar Harbor. I would definitely book again if I ever go...

« This house is in a great location & made a fantastic home base for us rusticators. We accessed the whole island easily, including bicycling the Acadia carriage roads, hiking Cadillac Mountain, shopping in SW & NE Harbor, walking to Bar Island, sand dollar hunting at Seal Harbor Beach, dining in Bar Harbor and an evening sail on the Margaret Todd. Handy maps & guides helped with planning our activities. Loved gatherings in the well-stocked kitchen which easily supported baking scones, prepping...

« I have always wanted to visit this part of the US and it was everything that I hoped it would be. This property has been thoughtfully and lovingly decorated and stocked with everything you would need. Communication with the owner was quick and appreciated. « This is such a peaceful place! The home is spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you need. From soap and shampoos to a hairdryer and iron, even dish soap and laundry soap provided along with a well stocked kitchen- you won’t have to drag it all from home. The linens and towels are high quality and the beds are extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We loved it and would highly recommend! Thank you Amy! »
