It was only my husband and I who stayed, but it would be perfect for a large family. The common area is on the 2nd floor and includes the living room, full kitchen, dining room, half bath, and laundry. The bedrooms and additional full baths are on the 3rd level. VRBO did not send us the code and instructions for check in, but when we messaged the hosts they responded very quickly and got my family in the property right away.
