„Excellent stay. Great host, really lovely rooms and fresh cooked breakfast in the morning is a must. Great location, around a 5 - 10 minute walk to the city center and right next door to the pub. No parking on site but there is a large multi-story public parking nearby which is a good cheap option.“

„Perfect location right in the city center next to the historical mill from National Trust. Very stylish rooms and bath. Nice people and extra entrance.“

„Nettes Personal, schönes großzügig Zimmer“

„Decent hotel, good service. Bfast was a-ok and it was very helpful for the purpose of visiting family. About a 15-20 minute walk to the High street and a very pleasant walk. Room was very spacious and practical, loved it specially since we had a ton of luggage. Definitely recommend!“

„Very welcoming with helpful and friendly staff. Good and varied dinner menu and a good choice selection of cooked or light breakfast. Location is out of the way down narrow lanes but the pretty village setting is both quiet and peaceful.“

„The check-in was quick at the Pub bar. We had to pay before anything else 😁. That was a bit strange The rooms are old and I would not rate the hotel as 5 star. It was a more 3*+. The room where clean. The beds are ok but noicy. Also there was a ventilation or something else all the time running. I was staying at room 8.“

„Sehr nettes Personal - Frühstück etwas gewoehnungsbeduerftig aber sonst alles bestens “

„Quaint property with rooms in the main building and in an outer building across a patio with table seating where we had a quiet, well-equipped, modern room. The Inn is a short walk to a scenic marsh and pond with fish/eel traps and a bench for savoring the peaceful view. The town of Stockbridge, about a mile away, is wonderful for window shopping (and purchasing!) and is the start of a beautiful picturesque 'marsh walk' through grazing cows and lovely pastures. „Loved the property, we stayed in the chalet. Facilities are excellent & the buffet breakfast provided was more than ample. Located in a quiet area but very convenient for town centre, a nice walk along the canal takes you into town. Had a very friendly welcome from James who explained how everything worked. Definitely stay again if we need accommodation in Romsey.“
