« I love this house! We had the entire place to ourselves since we were the only guests. Very clean. Love the old architecture. Jade made sure we had everything we needed. A plus! Would definitely stay again if we revisit the area. »

« The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again! »

« Jay and Ester have thought of it all! They welcomed us the night we arrived and made sure we had everything. Texted us to make sure we were in contact if we needed anything. The breakfast was very delicious. The room was clean, well decorated and comfortable. If you cannot climb steps, ask for the main level. Parking was great, property was very nice. Breakfast, although delicious, you have no other choice....it is placed on the table at 8:30am whether you are there or not. Would be great to...

« The owners/hosts were so pleasant to interact with, and were extremely helpful when we came back sick from the amusement park (even suggesting we write a poor review for the theme park)! The room was quaint and clean, and the breakfasts were also amazing - it was my first time trying a full English breakfast, and the hostess was such a sweet lady! This stay felt like home for me and my bestie for our girls trip, exactly what we’re were hoping for from a B&B! I will 100% stay here again whenever...

« The vibes were immaculate. Our host was attentive, charasmatic, and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and I felt like I was in a piece of classic literature! If you're looking for a very private getaway, this might not be the place for you, but we loved meeting the other guests and chatting over the beautiful breakfast.
