« Wow! Those were the first words out of our mouths when we arrived. Judy and her family had done such a wonderful job thinking of everything (from leaving notes and directions and a thoughtful cottage care package). The location is awesome. Nice and quiet and close to the small towns of Picton and Bath, but close enough to Napanee and Kingston. Being right on the water is amazing. Will definitely think about maybe bringing a boat next time to explore more. The cottage is cozy and lots of sleeping...

La communication avec Jen et Amin a Ă©tĂ© irrĂ©prochable. Ils sont lĂ  pour vous guider du dĂ©but Ă  la fin. Les activitĂ©s de ce resort sont trĂšs bien et tout est proche de la maison. Nous y retournerons. »

« We did enjoyed our stay. Having coffee watching the swans swimming in front of the cottage, listening to the birds and seeing the squirrels fooling around was just magical! It was peaceful. The cottage was clean. Living room had a huge comfy couch. You need to bring water to drink but Allane left some for us when we arrived. The only downside for us was the mattresses. Not comfortable and a piece of wood was going across. We had a wonderful stay. »

« We needed a place to stay on the way to Kingston, ON. We spent a night at the property. There were 6 of us and our dog; we were comfortable and enjoyed the charming living room. We had dinner and breakfast in the kitchen. Everything was clean and worked well. »

« Amazing stay, kids had lots of space to play on the property. Very quiet and peaceful views of the bay and the sun. Nice to have a floating deck to rest away from shore. Water isn’t very clear but there are other spots in the region to see different kind of beaches. Phil was great host, checking in on a regular basis making sure we were all set. Merci! »

« Thanks for the great stay. Good communication, great location. We were there for 4 nights with 3 kids (8 to 12). Accommodations are great : superb kitchen (never seen so many things in a rental - was fantastic and allowed us to cook much!), bal games and others. Kids enjoyed the pool, ping-pong table, tennis court and others. We walked to the beach to catch sunsets and were a short drive from Sandbanks major beaches. Highly recommend this place. Thanks again! »
