The gift shop sales clerks was so nice and supportive. I needed a razor and he helped me locate one in the store, asked me for my players card and offered me to use my casino rewards. I was on my cell phone not paying too much attention to the transaction and quickly realized he was looking out...

« Excellent service from staff, particularly after an initial issue. The atrium was quite loud till nearly 11pm which stopped our kids from sleeping. Apart from that the room was comfortable and breakfast staff were great too »
