Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Hotel schön. Das Essen war gut (Buffet). Allerdings muss man sich für das Abendessen in einem der Theme-Restaurants frühzeitig anmelden (eine Woche im Voraus). Da wie nur drei Tage dort waren, konnten wir diese nicht nutzen. Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Das Hotel ist etwas älter, was man an der Ausstattung sehen kann. Auch gab es regelmäßig kleine Fluten im Badezimmer (Defekt). Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Hotel sehr voll, deswegen war es teils schwierig einen schönen Platz mit Liegen und Cabanas am Strand und Pool zu bekommen. Insgesamt is es kein 5 Sterne Hotel, aber die Lage zwischen Flughafen(15 min, Taxi)und Innenstadt überzeugt (10 min Taxi).

Gutes 4* AI Hotel, kein Luxus. Eher was für jüngere Gäste, die Entertainemt mögen und keine Gourmets sind. Das Essen ist einfach, aber i.w. gut. Weißwein, Bier und Ouzo sind ebenfalls ganz ok, alle anderen Getränke eher unterdurchschnittlich. Kein Service am Pool, Beach etc, SB-Hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, allerdings habe ich es kaum glauben können als der „Minibarman“ in mein Zimmer gegangen ist obwohl ich in der Dusche war, er hat geklopft, ich hab nicht geöffnet und er ist hereingekommen obwohl man auch von außen sieht wenn jemand im Zimmer ist

Es war wunderschön wirklich empfehlenswert, das Personal, Hotelaustattung und die Lage ist perfekt. Frisch renoviertes Strandhotel
Unbedingt Meerblick buchen, der Aufpreis lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, auch wenn die Küstenstraße auch nachts stark befahren ist. Traumhafter Sonnenuntergang auf dem Meer. Helle Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten, Bad sehr sauber, ebenerdige Dusche. Essen und Getränke für ein AI-Hotel sehr gut, frischer Fisch, Fleisch vom Rind, Lamm und Schwein, Beilagen, Obst und Salate sehr hochwertig und frisch. Umfangreiche Cocktailkarte, Tischwein beim Essen auch ok. Bier und Softdrinks zum Selbstzapfen. Das Personal immer freundlich kompetent und schnell. Großzügige Poollandschaft, aber nur max. 140cm. Baden im Meer ist schöner, auch wenn man die ersten paar Meter Steine überwinden muss. Am Strand neue Liegen und Schirme, aber keine Strand-Bar. Im Ort ist nichts los, aber dafür nur 10 min mit dem Bus nach Rhodos. Publikum kommt überwiegend aus UK, NL, ITA und RUS. Alles in Allem, sehr zu empfehlen für eine Woche zum chillen.

Staff at this hotel were so friendly and attentive. Food options were excellent. Something for everyone. Salads were so fresh and drink choice was great. We dont usually stay at all inclusive hotels, and tend to opt for a villa, but was pleasantly suprised at how lovely the hotel is. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Awesome place - lovely room, modern clean and comfortable. Great food and good variety. Staff were amazing and very, very customer focused. Pools were clean and well managed, entertainment fun and engaging while not too intrusive. Bands were great! Felt very safe and jogged all over the local area... Could not be better - especially for the price!!! We will definitely come back, as it was early April we might give it a go again in October to see if the sea is warmer!!! Hugely recommend wandering around the old town and the world famous harbour! Looks like a film set at night if you're into your selfies, and cat lovers like us will be in heaven! Very, very highly recommended.

Ihan ok hotelli, ei luxus mutta ihan siedettävä. Altaat olivat täynnä ja meluisia, ihmiset polttivat tupakkaa altailla. Ruokaa oli riittävästi ja paljon vaihtoehtoja mutta toki ei kovin korkealaatuista. Rantabaari ja ranta olivat hyviä. Palvelu ystävällistä ja ripeää. Erittäin hyvä hotelli isolle kaveriporukalle. Sviitit toimi hyvin neljälle hengelle, huoneet siistit ja palvelu pelas. All inclusiviin kuului minibar mitä sai hyvin täytettyä. Useita ravintoloita ja bareja mistä sai hyvää ruokaa ja juomaa koko ajan (all inclusive.) Hyvin tilaa rannalla ja uima-altaalla vaikka hotelli täynnä. Taxin sai tilattua hotellille nopeasti ja keskustaan n. 10€ ja alle 10min matka.

I liked the staff and how friendly they were. Place was clean. Food was very subpar, coffee which is basic was disgusting, not real coffee beans. First time ever having to wait for elevators in a hotel let alone a five star hotel. I think the branding needs to be changed to 4 star definitely not a five star

Great food everywhere except in theme restaurants
"Deluxe" is perhaps pushing it but really comfortable and quality stay. Buffet foods and pool restaurants exceeded the expectations as A+ while the theme restaurants were sub-par experience. We gave the asian and greek style try and did not think for a second for booking the other two. Staff is very friendly and everything works smoothly. Standard rooms are somewhat small but modern.

Nice 4-star all-inclusive resort. I would improve the bathroom drainage and cleaning level, and I would love more entertainment for kids over 6 yo. Also, the pools are not shaded.

This is a solid hotel with three pools and a nice complementary set of food offerings and various bar locations that make this an all-inclusive experience. We enjoyed the beach front location also.

The room was good, buffet had a very large selection for each meal and food quality was really good. Staff were pleasant and the pool area was nice. Only negatives were that the gym equipment was dated and most of it broken so couldn't use it. room cleaning was minimal,no bed change for a 5 night stay which was a bit disappointing. Good stay overall
