Traumhafte Terssse super Kontakt
Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Mietwagen Santorini zu entdecken! Der Hinweg vom Flugplatz dauert nur 5 min. Achtung nicht vom Weg dahin abschrecken lassen! Wenig Flugbewegung stören die Ruhe sehr selten. Der Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse ist einzigartig. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen bestens ausgestattet. Die Betten sind eher hart! Viele Gäste schrieben auch, dass sie auf der Terrasse geschlafen hätten. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Wonderful and extremly friendly
We enjoy our stay very much. Out of season, very quit but close to the airport, you hear just a few airplanes. Gabriel and his houskeeper were very nice. At arrival they organize the transfer for us, absolut great. At the house we got some fruits and a wine, thank you very much. The house had enough space for 3 adults and 2 kids, with his 2 bredrooms (1 double bet and 1 double plus a single bed) and one big sitting room with a tv. The house had a good equitment in the kitchen, enough bath and beach towels, laundry, free internet access, 2 tvs, etc.) The terrace has a great few over the small fishing harbour and direct at beach. A pitty, the weather at the sea is quit windy and cold at the beginning of october, so for swimming we had some neopron suits on, then it was ok. In the village, there is a little shop and some restaurants. A regular bus service to fira exist, a rent a car for some days is nice but not for fira, there you have just a few parking space. Gabriel, thanks for the nice stay, we will come back.

AHHHHH-MAZINGLY FABULOUS RELAXATION LOCATION!!!
My husband and I had the most amazing time.It is a fabulous location, wonderful accommodations. The hosts were so fantastic at securing us a rental car, a personal cooking class with a local chef, and general Q&A from us about what to do, where to go etc. When we return to the island we most cettainly will return to this Lovely Home!

We really enjoyed our time here. The contact with our host was fantastic and her recommended wine tour with Klara was amazing and a very unique tour. Monolithos beach is very close but property does not back on to beach. The beach is beautiful. Bus stop was close to us, times not very regular but fit into our schedule to go to Fira and took 20-30 minutes to get there. The place was nice, when we got to the place there was sand on the couches. Beds were quite comfortable. Overall would recommend this place for young families and would return.

Wonderful house and great service
We unfortunately got caught up in the air traffic control issues on the bank holiday Monday - so our flight was cancelled. Steph and Gabriel were so supportive as we managed through the situation and managed to get flights the following evening from a different airport - and thankfully we were able to stay for an extra day. House is lovely - especially the outside area. it is very quiet area but it is nice as long as you have transport to get around. There is a good bus service to Fira but if you really want to explore you need to hire a car or like us hire quad bikes. Steph was amazing in booking this for us, and being on hand at all times during the holiday to help us - thank you so much, it really made a difference to our stay. Captain Lorenzo's restaurant was excellent - we eat there a few times. Definitely recommend but just be aware of the location - it is perfect - as long as you have some transport. Thanks for a great week.

Holiday break with friends
The pictures showed a beautiful property but did not paint an accurate portrait of the overall state of the house. It was dusty on the inside and the bed and bath linen were unpleasant to use and should have been thrown away and new ones provided. Washing machine, kettle etc needs to be replaced as well. Owner very pleasant and helpful but the property needs tender loving care. Lovely location and easy access to the beach and eating venues. Also easy to and from the airport and to Fira and surrounding towns.

Gabriel’s House is Great!
Gabriel and Andrea are excellent hosts! Gabriel picked us up from the airport when the taxi didn’t arrive, and shared some wine and fun conversation! The place is very clean, lots of towels and there were snacks and water to drink-which was very appreciated! The Agean Sea is beautiful and warm & clear with a nice beach just a few steps away!

Hidden Gem!
Amazing stay at Gabriel’s beach house. The place was spotless and 20 steps to the small beach village. The veranda was great hangout spot for the whole family. Gabriel was responsive and left a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge which was such a treat after a day of travel. The area was a welcome change of pace from the tourist packed parts of Santorini. Already thinking of when I can come back. Don’t miss the local taverna!

Perfect for family with you children
Beautiful quiet location, very close to 2 beaches, restaurants, bar and mini-market, all within 3 minute walk. Lovely sea and harbour view from the living room and terrace. Perfect place to chill, not many tourists. Gabriel was a good communicator and with Katerina made everything easy.

Pictures don’t do it justice!
We had an amazing visit at Gabriel’s House on the Beach. The owner was very communicative and helpful for checkin and throughout our stay. He helped us get an airport transfer and answered all our other questions. The house is right on the water. Public beach basically next door. It’s much more spacious than we anticipated. Make sure to get up for the sunrise. It is gorgeous!!

Santorini Sunrise House
Best sunrise views! We stepped out on our porch each morning to see the sunrise. We slept 5 comfortably. Clean and safe accommodations. Host was very responsive and arranged drivers who were very responsive as well. Katerina was very helpful with washing machine instructions. Black beach steps away was quiet and beautiful.

Great place, off the beaten path
Really nice place, clean, well equipped, modern. It is a short walk (1 city block) to really nice beach. there is a small commercial area within a block with 3 restaurants and a market. Otherwise, you have to drive about 20 minutes to Fira. we hung-out on the porch enjoying the water view and small harbor just below us and the sunsets. If you don't mind the short drive to Fira, it's a great place to be.

This is the first five-star rating I've ever given. Gabriel, the owner, was in frequent communication making the process a breeze. Katarina, who was the house cleaner but also the concierge of sorts was terrific in showing us around and how things worked. I stayed in about 6 hotels during my Greek vacation and this was the best place. Picture does making it seem like it's *literally* on the beach when you do have a street to cross and a small hill to walk down, but but that takes all of three minutes.

Amazing Experience
The property is situated so you can watch the sun rise over the Aegean through the French doors. You can buy any groceries you need 100 yards away. Two good restaurants within walking distance. Beachfront in Santorini
The property was a short walk to the beach- one of the few sandy beaches in Santorini. The view from the front porch was unobstructed with beautiful sunrises over the water. Despite being on the water, not at all crowded in July. Renting a car allowed easy access to anywhere on the island. Gabriel was attentive to all of our questions and Katerina was enthusiastic, charming, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beachfront Home on the Quiet Side of Santorini.
Our group of four adults enjoyed the location and amenities of this home. Located on a very quiet beach in the beach village of Monolithos. Our home owner arranged taxi pickup at the ferry. The home is well equipped and we spent most of our time on the front deck. Recommended!

Excellent accommodation
We loved sitting on the veranda which overlooks the harbour. The house is very tastefully decorated with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were worried about being so close to the airport but we did not experience any issues with plane noise. Monolithos is a quiet laid back resort right on the beach which suited us perfectly. However, there are several local restaurants which were all excellent and it is very easy to take a taxi or hire a car to visit the busier parts of the island.

RELAXING AND SERENE AND CLEAN
If you’re looking for the most relaxing spot and comfortable stay in a clean home stay here! No need to spend hours looking anymore. Gabriel is a wonderful host, most helpful before and during our stay. He even arranged transfer to and from the airport for us! The veranda is a most comfortable place to be. House is fully equipped for cooking and recreation. Very clean! There were four of us and plenty of room. Our stay was 6 days and so happy we did as long as we could. We rented scooters to see the island, took the bus one day to Fira for enjoyable hike to Oia, and plenty of time at Monolithos Beach, which is family friendly. Beach, restaurants, small grocery market, and the bus stop close by. Captain Loizo’s was very good. Better to stay here than anywhere else on the island if you want a truly relaxing vacation!

Best porch in Santorini
We really enjoyed being on the quiet side of the island at the beach and taking day trips to the busier towns. We rented ATVs and rode around to wineries. So much fun. Only sad thing was all the trash around this part of the island. This has nothing to do with where we stayed, we’ve noticed it elsewhere too, just lots of water bottles and plastic everywhere in the areas that are less developed. However, wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else!

Ideally located in a peaceful spot of the island within walking distance of a lovely sandy beach. The seating area at the front of the villa was very spacious and from it you can view wonderful sunrises. Gabriel was great in communicating pre and during trip.

Comfy Villa
The property is a comfortable villa located not super close to the larger cities. The property manager was really helpful and easy to contact. He helped us arrange transportation (taxi and car rental). I highly recommend renting a car if you stay here and want to see the island. We did have a couple friends who ended up getting a hotel due to uncomfortable beds. Overall, the place was nice and we enjoyed our stay!

Lovely!!! A Great Retreat!
Gabriel's House is on the quiet side of the island. We fell asleep listening to the waves and watched the sunrise in our pajamas sipping coffee on the patio. There is a great restaurant, Loizo's, that accommodated our very late dinners :) with warm hospitality and wonderful food as well as a small market within easy walking distance. The more touristy side of the island is very accessible, too - about a 10 minute drive (or ATV ride!). It was the perfect spot for our family reunion. 5 of us stayed very comfortably there. Katerina met us when we arrived to let us in, give us a key, a map, and orient us to the activities and destinations available. They had plenty of towels, nice linens/blankets, etc., a fully appointed kitchen plus a clothes washing machine. Everything we needed. Gabriel was very accessible before and during the trip with assistance regarding getting there from the airport, rental car availability, and restaurant/destination advice. We hope to go back some day - was a dream vacation!!!

Idéale pour une famille mais peut-être un peu juste pour 6 adultes.Supérette et restaurants dans la rue mais il manque un DAB. prévoir un peu de liquide pour le revoir car les taxis ne peuvent pas attendre qu'on retirent à l’aéroport. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine cet été à l'abri de la cohue de Fira et Oia. Le lever du soleil sur la terrasse n'attirent pas encore la foule et c'est tant mieux. Gavriel et Katerina sont des hôtes merveilleux.

Gabriel’s home is lovely and complete with everything we needed for our stay.
We were five women staying for 5 days. Gabriel’s patio overlooks the sunrise and a small fishing marina. The small village has restaurants and a minimart and wonderful swimming. We enjoyed our stay very much. Katerina helped quickly with all our needs! Thank you for this relaxing and beautiful stay.
