« Le restaurant est vraiment bien. Malheureusement pour avoir une bonne nuit (ce qui reste l'essentiel dans mon cas), c'est compliqué quand la chambre est au dessus des cuisines dans une vieille bâtisse... Bruiante jusqu'à plus de 23h puis ça repart avec réception marchandise à 6h. »

« Points positifs : l'accueil par une employée très sympathique,serviable et à l'écoute ; et la chambre était très correct niveau propreté. Point négatif : extrêmement bruyant ! D'autres clients parlaient fort, écoutaient de la musique à fond et passaient leur temps à claquer les portes toute la nuit... La 1ère nuit ça a duré jusqu'à minuit, puis ça a repris vers 4h jusqu'au matin. Et la 2ème nuit, on a pu dormir sans bruit entre minuit et 5h du matin seulement... »

The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area. « Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station. »

« We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...
