« I was sad to leave. The property was nice, clean, safe, quiet. The room was comfortable and had everything needed. The staff was helpful and friendly. I regularly saw kangaroos and birds from the balcony. There is a bus stop ~7min walk away. I have only positive things to say about my stay here. »
« The Reef Hotel is a three level building WITHOUT elevators so you have to carry your own luggage up the three flights of stairs. The WiFi connection in the room did not work. The staff said they could not fix it for the two days I stayed there. Inside the room there were small ants around the bathroom sink. The room was not cleaned and bed not made for the second day of my stay. The hotel staff was not helpful on any of my concerns. »
