„The apartment was great! The location was good as it was close to the lake and Elizabethton. There were also a few shops, a restaurant and coffee shop right in Hampton. The beds were very comfortable and we lived that the place was decorated for Christmas. “

It seemed like all our needs and wants were anticipated and when we needed something the owner was there in minutes to help us out. The apartment was clean and well provisioned. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. We are planning to staying here anytime we are visiting Little Switzerland.“

But for the amount of money we paid it was pretty much a hole in the wall place and we wondered what we were pulling up to when we showed up... They were boards on the walls outside but it was super nice on the inside and had lots of extra features but not exactly what we expected.“

„Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. He was very friendly and helpful. The windows were really filthy and carpet needed scrubbed. There was no hot water in kitchen sink. I have never complained about a VRBO rental. We were ...
