„Spent the weekend doing work prepping my parent's home for sale, which was in the same neighborhood and very convenient.Larry was easy to reach and communicative, and the space is very welcoming with snacks and drinks. He even had some extra food he happened to cook that week that I was able to use for breakfast.He is out of the way and allows you to relax on your own, but is very reachable as needed and friendly and helpful when you encounter him.“

„The property is goregous and the location cannot be beat! Tons of amazing restaurants and shopping available day and night. Street parking was easy right outside the property and there is a garage right across the street for extended parking. Check in was so easy and the property manager was super responsive! „Enjoyed our stay immensely! You arrive at what appears to be a regular townhouse community. Once you get near the back you see Larry's one story condo with a pretty yellow door. Walk in and it's amazing! The decor is unique and beautiful! But nothing uptight or too fancy about this home. Very relaxing with a large covered porch and deck overlooking a pool you may use. „This property had the most fantastic view of any place we have ever stayed! The view of the best falls in the area are from our well equipped balcony. We enjoyed dining/happy hour/ reading on our balcony with a symphony of sounds unsurpassed. The condo itself is beyond comfortable. It has every amenity you can think of.
