L'hôtel est propre et sécuritaire. Le service laisse vraiment à désirer.

La chambre était bien propre et le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était bien varié (sucré, salé). L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est très aimable

An absolute gem! At first glance it does not look like a four star hotel but finally it deserves being one: the personnel is definitely first class, the room (201) is very comfortable with an excellent bed and an original and convenient layout, the large windows are perfectly isolated from the (moderate) noise of the street and from the daylight, the 24/7 coffee and tea self service is a good idea even though we would have preferred a Nespresso machine in our room. And finally the rooftop is a fantastic feature where we enjoyed sunsets with food from across the street. The area is very nice and safe, with many metro and bus stations around and plenty of restaurants, several of them where the hotel gets you discounts.
