Einfach nur schön
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in einem Ferienhaus, bei dem einfach alles stimmt: ruhige Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, großer Pool, der Abkühlung bringt, tolle Aussicht, Weingüter und Wanderwege in der Nähe, günstiger Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten nach Florenz, Siena oder San Gimignano. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool und Fernblick
Wir (2 Familien mit Kindern) haben 2 tolle Wochen genießen dürfen. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage mit Fernblick auf Montefioralle, einen tollen großen Pool und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben insbesondere auch die Terrasse genossen. Ruhig und einsam gelegen, die nächsten Häuser sind einige hundert Meter entfernt. Wie von anderen Besuchern bereits geschrieben ist der "Zubringerweg" sehr holprig und nicht für "tiefergelegte" Autos geeignet. Aber nach 2 Wochen gewöhnt man sich einigermaßen daran. Leider waren dieses Jahr viele Moskitos unterwegs. 3 Tipps: - Geht man den holprigen Zubringerweg weiter kommt man zu einer auf einer Anhöhe gelegenen Appartementanlage. Links vorbei erreicht man Greve in Chianti (Dauer ca. 35 Minuten). Dort gibt es auch eine größeren Coop zum Einkaufen. - Anschrift unbedingt auf google maps checken. Lt. Tessa gibt es in Italien mehrere Straßenbezeichnungen für das gleiche Objekt, google maps kennt aber nur eine. - Wenn Zeit ist auf dem Rückweg nach Deutschland einen Zwischenstop für ein paar Tage in Venedig (Entfernung 3 Std.) einplanen Fazit: 4 von 5 Sternen (1 Stern Abzug für den holprigen Zubringerweg), sonst aber traumhaft schön!

Sehr schönes Haus in herrlicher Lage
Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet mit allem, was unsere sechsköpfige Familie brauchte. Es liegt ruhig oberhalb eines Olivenhains am Berg. Überall im äußerst gepflegten Garten hat man herrliche Ausblicke auf die umliegenden Hügel, ins Tal, nach Montefioralle und darüber hinaus. Tessa, die Vermieterin, ist freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns dort rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus von Tessa liegt fantastisch, ein wunderschöne Blick auf das malerische Montefioralle. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll! Den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und genossen. Der Feigenbaum, die Kräuter und frische Tomaten aus dem zum Haus zugehörigen Garten machten den Aufenthalt perfekt. Wir waren uns einig, dass wir gern nochmals an diesen Ort zurückkehren würden.

Perfekter Urlaub
Nach der holprigen Anfahrt (zumindest der letzte Kilometer) haben wir uns bereits in der ersten Sekunde wohlgefühlt. Wir haben selten ein so sauberes und perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus bewohnt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Trotz des sehr heißen Wetters war es innen schön kühl. In der Dämmerung haben uns einige Mücken geärgert, aber dank der Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern war es gut machbar. Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Auch ein großes Lob, an den immer netten Kontakt mit Tessa! Insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

traumhaus in greve/chianti
für uns war es ein wunderschöner und sehr entspannter aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen und tollen haus - wir hätten es uns nicht besser erträumen können. das haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr schön, stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. von der modern eingerichteten küche über bad/wc und auch die 4 schlafzimmer, die dicken "coolen" wände - alles top. unser lieblingsplatz war die grosse terasse, wo wir jeden morgen bei einem tollen frühstück mit einem wundervollen ausblick unseren tag begannen und am abend gemeinsam beim sonnenuntergang unser abendessen hatten. tomaten, salat, zwiebel, usw. kamen vom hauseigenen garten - frischer gehts nicht. der pool war auch einfach ein traum und wir hatten es uns dort jeden tag gemütlich gemacht. er war stets sauber und die lavendelhecke daneben war traumhaft. tagesausflüge nach montepulciano und montalcino bzw. nach san giminiano machten unseren aufenthalt noch mal schöner, aber wir freuten uns am meisten, wenn wir wieder ins haus zurückkehrten. wie gesagt, haus wunderschön und wirklich top, alles sauber und modern, viel platz und alles was benötigt wird war auch da (geschirr, besteck, handtücher, wlan, usw....) die zufahrt ist etwas holprig aber durchaus mit anpassung der geschwindigkeit locker zu meistern - einen 4wd bzw höheres auto braucht es wirklich nicht. tessa war in der ganzen abwicklung immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - keine fragen blieben im vorfeld unbeantwortet und offen. unsere erwartungen wurden bei weiten übertroffen und für uns war es ein traum-urlaub. vielen dank an tessa und an ihr wunderschönes haus!!!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, tolle Aussicht mit großem Erholungswert,an Einrichtung alles vorhanden, Objekt hätte allerdings etwas sauberer sein können. Auch passte die Beschreibung nicht ganz genau, Meerblick war nicht vorhanden, von uns auch nicht erwartet, wahrscheinlich war Fernsicht gemeint . Auch ist der Zuweg sehr „Rough“

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Mitten in der Landschaft mit fantastischer Aussicht. Der beschriebenen Meerblick hat allerdings gefehlt. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über unbefestigte Wege und ist leider nicht mit jedem Fahrzeug möglich. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Garten, die Anlage und der Pool sind super schön. Landschaftlich traumhaft.

This villa was perfect for our stay. It is beautiful, super comfortable (we had 9 adults) and private yet only 10 min drive to a grocery store and cute restaurants. And a great location for day trips to Siena and local wineries. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and we loved our in home dinner prepared by Simona. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Quiet, serene and peaceful view of the valley. This house is as beautiful outside as it is inside. Many sitting areas and even a fresh garden to choose vegetables for a meal. Simona cooked us an awesome candle lit dinner outside. The food was delicious and looked magazine perfect. I already want to go back!

Beautiful villa in a dreamy setting
My husband an I spent 5 nights at the villa. We rented bikes and used them as our sole means of transportation. It worked out perfectly, as there are many restaurants not that far, and several towns that are easy to reach. But the time spent at the house just looking out at the view was truly magical. Pool was great as it was still very hot in October and there were still some veggies in the garden. I would highly recommend staying here. This was actually our second year staying here.

Extraordinary views
We had a wonderful stay with our two teens at this lovely villa in early July. The photos and descriptions don’t come close to doing justice to the magnificent views. The gardens and landscaping are exceptional. Lavender and rosemary shrubs around the infinity pool - wow! We had a lovely meal cooked by Simona which was a real treat. Local restaurant recommendations were all very good. We especially liked cute quaint La Castellana in Montefioralle. Like another reviewer mentioned, the only opportunity for improvement is in the quality of the bed and bath linens. When everything else is a 10/10, the tired linens didn’t quite fit. A wonderful place for a very special holiday.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Panzanillino. The views are outstanding. Communication with Tessa was excellent. Simone did a great job cleaning and cooking for us. We appreciated all the info available with local restaurants etc. As others mentioned the road in is very rough so because of that we did get an SUV. Our only negatives was the bugs which I realize they have a rough time controlling. I feel the bedding and towels could stand a refresh. Many were pretty tattered but they did provide plenty. Overall a great trip and awesome Villa.

Wonderful retreat in the Tuscan countryside
Everything about Villa Panzanellino was amazing, the best two-week vacation ever. The villa was immaculate, inside and out. Gardeners came every day to maintain the grounds and vegetable garden (yummy tomatoes and lettuce!), the pool was cleaned weekly and the house was cleaned/linens changed mid-stay. We were greeted by a bottle of Chianti and a very helpful ring binder with info (with photos) on all the house's appliances and systems as well as restaurant. recommendations around the area (we tried most of them and were never disappointed). We also hired a local chef to cook two multi-course meals for us; the food was delicious and each evening was a delight. Best of all was the view from the terrace, which overlooked multiple vineyards and the walled village of Montefioralle. Yes, the drive to the house is a bit bumpy but well worth it to get to our Italian idyll.!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house and the grounds with the spectacular view far exceeded any descriptions from the owner. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook your own meals. The private chef, Simone, was amazing. I highly recommend a dinner with her. We loved Greve. Access to the garden made wonderful additions to our meals. The pool was relaxing and so enjoyable. We will be back!

Vakantiewoning op prachtige locatie
Prachtige vakantiewoning met veel voorzieningen en. Weg naar de woning is typisch Toscaans en is soms wat steil. Maar de vakantiewoning is de rit volledig waard. Goed uitgeruste keuken, mooi zwembad met de nodige ligzetels, stoelen, parasols. Uitzicht is fabuleus! In de woning is een map aanwezig met alle nodige info en adresjes in de buurt, ook in het Nederlands. Ruim voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. De woning is voorzien van luiken die je beter overdag dicht doet om de woning fris te houden. In de nacht koelt het dan voldoende af om zo alle ruimtes mooi fris te houden. 2de badkamer is wat minder ruim dan de eerste maar doet perfect wat ze doet en heeft een goede douche. Enige minpuntje die wij ervaarden was bij het avondeten dat de zon onder het afdakje kwam waardoor we in de zon kwamen te zitten. Maar met de nodige inventiviteit ook kunnen oplossen. Ligging is ook zeer goed met op minder dan een uur rijden enkele toppertjes qua Toscaanse steden in de buurt. Kortweg: zeker een aanrader, ook gezien de vlotte communicatie met de huiseigenaar!

Spacious villa with gorgeous view
Villa Panzanellino is a beautiful and spacious property. Situated on a hillside of olive groves overlooking a medieval village, the villa was perfect for our monthlong stay in Tuscany. We enjoyed eating meals on the covered terrace with our guests and the pool was refreshing after days of touring. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was amply supplied with dishes, glassware, and cookware. The parking area was easily adequate for three cars. All the appliances worked well and we never ran out of hot water with nine people in residence. The owners were easy to contact and responsive.

The property and location are beautiful. The house is hard to get to due to the narrow, unpaved, bumpy road. It was a beautiful, breathtaking location with plenty of space and comfort. It did lack some necessary items, such as coffee, paper towels, spices, and towels for the swimming pool.

SIMPLY PERFECT!
After considering several other properties, we chose this one based on the accommodations fitting seven adults so nicely, the pictures that looked beautiful, and the reasonable price. When we arrived, we were all just astonished at how truly beautiful it was. The well-appointed villa is kept in immaculate condition. There are beautiful gardens that are taken care of meticulously by two locals that come daily. The pool is perfect. The only negative was the number and condition of the pool lounge chairs were less than ideal. The home is in a perfect location; convenient to many wineries and other towns, with great restaurants and shopping. We found it hard to indulge in all of these because we hated to leave the property it was just that nice. We did take one day to just relax at the property and enjoy the pool and have Simona, recommended by Tessa, prepare dinner for us; it was delicious. Thank you Tessa, for sharing your home with us. It was the true highlight of our time in Italy.

De Toscaanse droom
Met onze familie verbleven wij begin mei een week in deze prachtige villa. Elke dag werden wij verbluft door het fantastische uitzicht, de Toscaanse droom werd hier werkelijkheid. De centrale ligging biedt vele mogelijkheden tot uitstapjes naar mooie dorpjes en bekende steden. Wat wij ook erg prettig vonden waren de randvoorwaarden die dit huis biedt, alles is tot in de puntjes geregeld. De ontvangst en gastvrijheid is uniek. Voor tips en vragen kan men terecht bij de eigenaar, die wij als zeer behulpzaam hebben ervaren. Ben je verliefd op de Italiaanse keuken? De woning ligt op een geweldige plek en vanaf het terras prachtig uitzicht op het dal met dorpje.
De woning is groot en bijzonder goed uitgerust. Ramen voorzien van horren en luiken. 's Avonds slaapkamers koel. Zwembad was heerlijk. Tafel op terras is middelpunt van de woning. En op de laatste avond heeft de kokkin heerlijk gekookt. Zoek niet verder en boek deze woning .

Prachtig vakantiehuis op een mooie locatie
Wat een heerlijke vakantie hebben we gehad in Toscane! Het huis van Tessa is heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden zijn heerlijk zacht en voor alle ramen zitten horten en luiken, ideaal. De veranda biedt een schitterend uitzicht op de vallei. Het zwembad is ideaal geweest op de hete dagen, het was mooi schoon en werd goed onderhouden. Op de loungebedden bij het zwembad was het heerlijk lezen en zonnen. We hebben een wandeling gemaakt naar Montefioralle, half uurtje door de bossen en daar een wijngaard bezocht, heerlijk! Ook Greve en Panzano zijn makkelijk aan te rijden, voor boodschappen en de markt in het weekend.

Une maison bien mieux équipée que l annonce et avec un vue fantastique
Si la maison est difficile à trouver compter 1 km de voies romaines pour y accéder , elle est grande , spacieuse , bien équipée , avec une déco de bon goûts et une vue fantastique , une piscine très agréable à disposition. deux bémols pas d accès à la lumière de la piscine et surtout l entretien du potager tous les matins juste sous les chambres qui vous réveille vers 7h

We had a lovely stay at Tessas house/apartment! The house corresponded to our expectations; very clean, spacious, very nice patio with stunning view. The pool area was very nice with beautiful lavender (and lots of bees!) and view. Tenants before us had written that the road to the house was ruff and needed a four wheel drive-car; we didn´t think it could be so ruff after drivning on smaller roads in Sweden where we live and driving a lot in both Tuscany and Provence, but the road is very ruff, being a old roman road. We had a rental car that was quite low and that made it very exciting (!) to drive. Read the sign in the beginning of the road and if possible have a higher car! The kitchen was all new and worked very well for cooking and the sitting area with the open fireplace was very nice. Thanks! Annica Sjödin with family

Italiaanse droom, waan je op een echt italiaans familiedomein. Geniet van het eindeloze uitzicht op een groene vallei. Verkoel in de luxe woning, waar er 4 volwaardige slaapkamers zijn. Accomodatie van de keuken is perfect, zelf een kast vol met de juiste glazen voor drankjes. 2 volwaardige badkamers, met genoeg ruimte. Het zwembad dat lager gelegen is super, loopt mooi over en is echt lekker fris. Genoeg ligstoelen en opblaaspret. Mogelijk tot het maken van een vuurtje aan het huisje. Snoepen van de plaatselijke groententuin, kortom de italiaanse droom, ja die beleef je daar...

Beautiful villa with amazing view
The villa was more than we expected. It was in really good condition and clean. Pool area and the outside dining area were with the best amazing view! The beds were also really good. We got all the help we needed from Tessa and her family, special thanks 😊 The road to villa is like offroad, so we recommend to have four-wheel drive. We loved the place!

Stunning!
We couldn’t believe it when we arrived at this place, stunning views and so peaceful, Villa well appointed very clean. and met all our needs. After a stressful journey we quickly unwinded and enjoyed our stay. We spent all our time outdoors in the evenings enjoying the wonderful sunsets. Panzano and Greve were ideal for shopping. Only downside is the bumpy and rough road that lead to villa but that didn’t deter from our great holiday. Thank you Tessa for our bit of heaven.

Stunning location and beautiful well equipped villa.
We stayed as a group of 6 and 1 baby and it was fantastic. They provided a travel cot for us, a high chair was also available, so it was good for kids. The only down side from a child perspective was no bath, so lots of bath time in the sink! We hired Simona the chef one evening who was great! The views were great and the pictures don’t do it justice, the only downside as others have mentioned is the road- it is really rough! We had a Toyota Yaris and a Golf between us that managed it, but we had to go very slow! The rural location is stunning but you do need a car, we walked to Greve a couple of times and it was a good 35-40 mins walk and very steep! Beautiful views all the way but probably not doable at night!
