« The breakfast buffet was excellent although the hot buffet would benefit from closed containers as the food soon became cold from the open ones. The rooms were well heated and ventilated. All the staff were excellent and very dog friendly. My only complaint was although I had asked for a ground floor room due to problems with my knees this was not available and I had to manage the stairs which was difficult. On the whole à very pleasant break »

« Everything was just perfect. »

« Bit dated »

« Did exactly what it needed to do. Free parking for the van within walking distance. Lovely food and great staff. »

« Lovely bed and breakfast in Keswick; close to restaurants. Parking is difficult on weekends. »

« Lovely lady. Very friendly and accommodating. Quaint house. »

« The room was clean beside a blood stain on one of the duvets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was an issue as the road was being resurfaced, but the staff did tell us where the best place to park was. The breakfast was excellent, it really set us up for a day in the hills. Overall a good value room for visiting the Lakes. »

« Stayed five times, excellent hotel fro a short break away . »

« Excellent room; responsive staff is committed to service. Use driveway to the LEFT (downhill) of the house. Parking can be tricky in small lot, but help is available. Phone is needed for initial entry if staff is off-site (room key is in lock box and a phone call provides the code). I had a very happy and comfortable stay. »
