„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachcross Villa Apartments. The overall apartment was a bit tired and the cleanliness of the kitchen (particularly the cooker) could have been better but as we ate out we were not particularly affected. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a small patio area with table and chairs overlooking the pool area which was an oasis of peace and tranquillity.“

„The property was just as advertised online. The communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. Our villa was clean and we enjoyed the pool on property. Our only complaint was the washer/dryer wasn't working properly. The noise coming from the dryer was so loud and definitely needs repair. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.“

„The location of this apartment is ideal, near to the beach, bars, restaurants, shopping mall, bank. The apartment was clean. However person to check us in was not there when we arrived so we had to wait for about half an hour to be checked in. It's a good thing a friend from St Lucia was there with us so he was able to contact the owner..The morning we got up to make breakfast, there is a stove but matches or lighter, so we had to settle for cheese. The office has no information about tours etc ...

„Fred, Julietta and team did a wonderful job with catering to us the entire 9 days. We caught a large Wahoo and Jullietta made delicious fried and grilled fish lunches for us. She also makes wonderful homemade sauces and fresh passion fruit! "Die gebuchte Junior-Suite hatte anders als auf Expedia beschrieben weder Balkon noch Terrasse. Viele notwendige Informationen beim Check-in wurden nur auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt. Personen, mit „besonderen“ Ernährungswünschen (vegetarisch, Allergien,…) müssen die Mahlzeiten vorbestellen und bekommen selbst dann nur ein Kompromissgericht. Die Anzahl der Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool entspricht nicht ansatzweise den Bedürfnissen der Gäste, bereits morgens um 7 Uhr werden Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert. Die Alternative dazu sind zum Teil kaputte Liegen am Strand (ca. 5 min zu Fuß). Das beworbene Fitness-Studio ist ein Raum für 2 Personen, der vorab gebucht werden muss. Von den 4 angegebenen Bars waren nur 2 geöffnet. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht; die Ewartungen an ein All-Inclusive-Resort wurden nicht einmal annähernd erfüllt."
