« Fantastic location, very good value including an unexpected and generous breakfast. Great air-conditioning. Lovely hosts. Very small room downstairs, with no room to get in the bed apart from clambering over the base. Terrible acoustics with no sound barrier to the nearby kitchen, or upstairs with all its plumbing and associated noises. Sounded like a herd of baby elephants above. Earplugs necessary. »

« Emanuele made our stay very special. He was super helpful helping us with checking in, brining the luggages and he even parked the car for us. Our room is very spacious, clean and well decorated. Best of all the next door is a fish market and a seafood restaurant owned by the hotel. The food was very delicious. The breakfast was also delightful. It is about 15 minutes walk to Ortigia. »

« Fantastic property in an ideal location! It is incredibly safe and perfectly situated for walking all of Ortigia. Our host, Sebastiano, was amazing—communication was a breeze, and he provided invaluable recommendations for local restaurants, parking, and the best places to visit during our stay. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely book here again! »

« The mattress was poor and no kitchen knife. Requested a kitchen knife and received two steak knives. The kitchen coffee machine didn’t work well and we felt the need to reclean the kitchen before use. Great location * otherwise Just obtain a better mattress - pretty important when travelling »

« Excellent apartment and location overlooking marina towards Ortigia.Host most helpful & responsive. Comprehensive instruction for access to »

« Our host has the best, she took care of us above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this property to all. Stephania was awesome »
