This beautifully updated, ground-floor 3-bedroom condo comes with a golf cart for guest use, making it easy and fun to explore the expansive Resort. Overlooking the 15th fairway of the prestigious Baytowne Golf Course, this spacious retreat also offers peaceful lake views and a large private patio perfect for enjoying the resort's beautiful surroundings.

Inside, you'll find a bright, spacious layout with stylish updates throughout. The fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, solid-surface countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy time together between adventures around the resort. All three bathrooms have also been beautifully updated, giving the condo a fresh, comfortable feel throughout.

The spacious primary suite is designed for relaxation, featuring a king-size bed, serene golf course views, direct access to the patio, and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom also features a king-size bed and its own en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, making it a comfortable retreat for family or friends.

The second guest bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed and its own updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom also conveniently provides access from the main living area.

Guests also have access to the Resort Shuttle Tram, providing an additional convenient way to get around the resort. Whether you're heading to the beach, Baytowne Wharf, or simply want to leave the golf cart parked for the day, the resort's tram service makes exploring the Resort easy and enjoyable.

Located beachside at the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT®, Tivoli is a quaint neighborhood with spacious townhome style condominiums featuring porches overlooking the Baytowne Golf Course. Tivoli is also conveniently located close to some of the best amenities on the resort, like the white sand beaches and The Market Shops, and steps from the community pool. Amenities such as golf, tennis, biking, boating, water sports and more are available locally at additional costs. Please note one vehicle permitted per unit.
