7 BRs 3 BAs - 10 beds!

This unique property is intentionally set-up for XL teams of professionals who are working in this area. It is a spacious 2400sf home with 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - sleeping 5 individuals downstairs and 5 upstairs for a total of 10 team members.

Five of the bedrooms are individual bed rooms, furnished with full size pillow top beds, and there are two extra large rooms that hold 2 full size beds in one and 3 full size beds in the other. The team lead can be bunked in his own suite with a dedicated work space and a private en suite bathroom.

Each bed is supplied with its own set of linens, bedding, and towels. There are also large boxes of shop rags available for team use so that linens can be preserved for personal use only. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, a coffee station, and all appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and toaster.

This home is priced for occupancy of 10 guests - and you can`t book a motel for these rates! It must be rented for 5 days or more and is available for month-to-month bookings as well. There is a 10% discount for weekly bookings, a 15% stackable discount for highly-rated guests, and a 20% discount for monthly bookings. There is also a $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit for weekly stays, and a $1000 REFUNDABLE damage deposit for monthly stays. Please note that regular professional cleanings are required for mid to long-term stays.
1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
2. NO PETS are allowed - if a pet is brought inside, there is a $300 fee added to your bill.
3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the cottage. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
4. NO LARGE PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If an unauthorized large party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing, in addition to any damages. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
