« Very clean and many smart devices. Host was terrific and even helped us get settled in. Quiet and peaceful. Breaks state park is close by for recreation and Flannagan reservoir looks nice but didn't get a chance to get out on the water there. Thank you! Also renting ATVs to ride was fun. »

« Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasnât a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book donât let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. »
