« Pas de fenêtre mais des portes à claire voie s'ouvrant sur l'extérieur mais laissant très peu passer la lumière. Pas de moustiquaire sur ces portes, les différents insectes de la junglentoute proche peuvent entrer dans le bungalow. Une moustiquaire sur un seul des 4 lits et aucune possibilité d'en ajouter malgré nos demandes à la réception. La description sur hotels.com mentionnant des moustiquaires aux fenêtres est erronée »

« Very nice resort. The staff were very friendly offering suggestions and providing transportation services to nearby towns. Great place for getaway with partner. Very safe with 24/7 security. Welcome drinks were a nice touch. Highly recommended. »

« Short stay in this hotel. Food is great and the massage was really relaxing, better than expected. Bed is comfy, but we had a problem with the shower : no warm water ! The staff didn't have time to solve it, as we stayed only one night. We didn't ask for a rebate or any kind of compensation, but such suggestion from the staff would have been greatly appreciated »

« Very nice atmosphere and helpful staff (fortunately one lady spoke English). We stayed for 3 nights. One day we made a nice walk on the beach to Palomino beach, the second day we stayed in the resort. You cannot swim in the sea, but there is a nice small swimmingpool. The third day the hotel organised a private tour for us: we floated with tubes on the Palomino river to the sea. The walk to the starting point was beautiful through the forest and we visited an Indian family at a remote place. We...

« We had an amazing stay at Cayena. The standard room was spacious and well appointed. The food was yummy and the staff superb. Andrew in particular helped us for over an hour change a flight. I highly recommend this hotel. We had a rental car which helped to get around to area sites as the hotel is a bit remote. »
