The hotel exudes the real Mexican feeling. The architecture inside and out and the history of the hotel makes it a real treasure. Also the rooms have been totally renovated to new world standards at a very reasonable price. I will be definitely going to return in the future.

Very happy stayed the hotel is in the center of the heart of Guadalajara. Everything was near and easy to get around. Extraordinary service, and staff every detail address and met. I do recommend staying in this hotel. If I have a future opportunity to come again I will select this service again. Great location. Very nice and clean. The staff we came across was great. We arrived early morning and they were able to accommodate an early check in. The breakfast buffet is good. The only complaint I have is that 2 dresses went missing from one of our luggage bags. So make sure you are aware of your belongings .

This is a fantastic property! We felt at home the moment we arrived. While the hotel is historic with old world charm, it has been beautifully renovated and very comfortable with modern amenities. Everyone at the hotel is very helpful, friendly and accommodating, including the arrangement of tours (private and public). The optional spa massage and facial (additional charge) is highly recommended and a real treat! This hotel is highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in.figuring out how to get to our bus early the next morning. Bookaway app had given us incorrect directions for our pick up location. They made sure that we got to the right place at the right time!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Mario and Dahlia and our taxi driver.
