The staff and owners were very kind, going above and beyond in order to make the trip memorable. They helped book many of my tickets and were even able to offer some discounts on certain tickets! « For my entire trip around Guilin, Hong Kong and Beijing, this hotel is truly the best one I stayed at. Yes its a bit more than what you can get locally, but what a delight this hotel experience was. The location being right by the river for an enjoyable day or evening walk to the exceptional - i say exceptional - service from the front desk. The rooms are nice and clean. « A notre arrivée, la 1è impression de lobby et son alentour ne correspondent pas par rapport à leur site internet. Heureusement que le service de l’accueil était plus que cordial et rassurant car l'hôte nous faisait le tour de nos chambres avant que nous prenions décision de rester chez eux. Il n’y a donc pas un sentiment d’arnaque de telle sorte que nous étions finalement très satisfaits de la propreté de nos 2 chambres. »
