„Let’s just say I’ve stayed in many units over the years, but this one will be the ONLY one I book moving forward. It had EVERYTHING. We brought our 19 month old to the beach for the first time. I had stressed about all the things to bring for him like toys and beach necessities. Yall… they had everything! Stress free everything! The view was great, and the customer service of the property management was top notch. Checked in multiple times through our stay. Cannot say enough about this place! “

„Everything was as described. Host responded quickly to our questions. The pier was magical. The air conditioning was great, which is not always a given in a rental in July in Florida! The grounds and house could use some TLC, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay much. Bring a headlamp, there is not much light outside! There are motion sensor lights but they only stay on for a few seconds. There are also solar powered lights out back as the pictures show which help, but are more for ambiance. ...

„We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home right on the beach! The location was unbeatable, and we loved waking up to ocean views every morning. The complimentary beach chairs were such a thoughtful touch, and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals and feel right at home. „We discovered Sugar Beach in 2021 and love the condos. We have stayed three different times and it’s a great place for a family on a budget. The condos are clean and quiet and have always been exactly as described. „The cottage was very very clean! The house does lean as all the other reviewers mentioned but that’s not really a big deal because all the other aspects of the house are so nice! The bathrooms are great, updated. The refrigerator works well and the beds and pillows were really comfortable. My daughter lives on Coyle and was having a navy ceremony on Friday so this was literally a stones throw away from her house. Perfect location! “

"Alles war super und sauber, nur die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Zimmers und Badezimmers könnte etwas moderner sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das angebotene Frühstück war sehr reichlich mit Brot, Bagels, Waffeln, Obst, Saft, Eiern, Würstchen o.ä., Früchtecocktails zum Essen, Konfitüre und Frischkäse. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Strand und Fishing-Pier und dem Boardwalk an der Lagune. Wir werden es wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind!!!"
