Horrible
When I first arrived to the property, it was okay. A little dirty but nothing that we couldnât get somewhat clean. Itâs within walking distance of the beach and has a pool which was awesome. When it got to night time, we started to see multiple roaches coming out from under the fridge, oven, and counters. It kept getting worse. I was texting with the property manager, Iâm assuming, and was told they sent pest control the day of our check in. They asked if I wanted to have pest control come back and I said yes but there was no evidence of that because we continued to see roaches. When it was time for us to leave, there was one in a sand bucket. We had to wash our comforters on the bed because there were nasty stains on them. And through all of that my family still washed and folded their towels. Yet, when I was being courteous to the hosts, I was texting to let them know when we were leaving on our departure day, I discovered my number being blocked. Even when we called trying to figure out how to let out the sofa bed, the manager had a horrible attitude. It was not a great experience. It made sleeping there very uncomfortable and unsanitary. No guest should have to clean up after any host. We were never offered any compensation for this stay, theyâve blocked my number anyway. Would not book with this company again.
