The Regatta includes amenities such as a heated outdoor pool in a center courtyard surrounded by a large sundeck and plenty of poolside chairs. During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
