Location is perfect, close to restaurants and there’s a market across the street. Easy to check in and out, clean and condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We visited in March, so we would have appreciated extra blankets or thicker bedding since nights were cooler, but otherwise no notes. We would stay again.

It was absolutely peaceful and everything we needed for a great vacation. However the Elevator does go very slow and will try to eat u or leave u after waiting a long time. But really over all I would recommend the stay and beach front to anybody looking for a relaxing fun stay.

Amazing!!

By far the best condo we have stayed in at Gulf Shores. The location was great and little to no noise! For it to be very busy outside, it was nice and quiet inside. Security was excellent by making sure those without wristbands were not allowed on premises which is a nice change from other places we have stayed. The room was immaculate and well cleaned. Definitely going to stay here again when we book a family beach vacation!

Perfect Family Vacation

My family and I loved this property! We have stayed at a different location every year and I think this was our favorite. Everything was so clean and this condo has an updated fell so it felt even cleaner. The bunkbed room is small but was perfect for our two six year olds. All other rooms are very spacious. If I had to pick one thing to complain about, is that there were no kitchen knives. With three small kids we cooked most meals there and only having a steak knife to use was annoying. Other than that the kitchen is stocked very well. We would definitely stay here again!

Good condo. But pool clised

The condo is nice enough. But when I booked it I was not informed the pool was closed for repairs. Yet the very name for this rental is indoor outdoor pool. I was told by the management company it was not their fault. But the had no problem accepting my booking without informing me the pool was closed. I booked this trip as a treat for my grand kids. They were really upset about not having a pool to swim in

We had a good stay. We had a plumbing issue that was quickly addressed. We did have one night that people were very loud until 2am in a unit close by. It would be nice to have a hair dryer in the unit. This is the first time that I have stayed somewhere where it was not provided.

Good location

Unit was clean, on the beach, and walking distance to many restaurants. The door code at check-in was incorrect. We contacted the property manager, and they quickly resolved the issue. The couch in the living room is completely worn out and need to be replaced. Also we could easily hear the neighboring units conversations and movements. The unit came with one rotating fan we used to block out the noise in the master bedroom however our other guests in the additional rooms were woken on a few occasions due to the noise. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this unit.

Very nice place with beautiful view.

Condo was clean. We had a good experience here. The only thing I would say went wrong was the handle came of the balcony door day one. When reported we were told maintenance would come look at it. No one ever did show up. The patio doors were a bit hard to open. That did not minimize our stay in any way though. We would go back.

Nice Beach get away

The condo was nice and the views from the balcony where great. Located by some nice restaurants and bars that you could easily walk to including The Hangout. The master bedroom bed however was awful and should be replaced. You could feel every spring and couldn't wait to get out of bed every morning. Really would have given it 5 stars if I could have got a good nights sleep without waking up with sore hips and back from the mattress.

Great condo in a great location

Six adults in our family thoroughly enjoyed spending a week over Spring Break 2023. The condo was clean and very well stocked with a nice pool and awesome workout facility. The location was wonderful right on the beach with a surf shop/market right across the street and a good seafood restaurant right next door. We would definitely stay here again and thank you for the great time.

Family trip

The view was great can't beat it. Loved the easy beach access. Large condo space to fit our family of 5. Communication from property management was easy but we were very confused that there was no actual check in desk. Check in was 3pm or after but by 4:30pm we still had not been contacted so I reached out and asked for an update as we had been in the area all day with a family of 5 and had gone grocery shopping expecting to be able to check in with nowhere to put groceries. I was thankfully given the code to property but was told the inspector had not stopped by yet. The inspector did come checked things out and we were on our way. The first night the fire alarms went off at 2am while we were sleeping. I called in the morning to report it and was told an emergency ticket was being put in. Someone came by late afternoon. Left a note saying all alarms were checked and if it happened again to take note if we were cooking etc. We weren't up and cooking at 2am. It didn't happen again thankfully. The condo was nice. The couch was kind of old and dingy. Both bathrooms had some black mold in the showers which is not very presentable. Easy fix which would look alot nicer to guests. The washing machine sounds like a roaring train and probably hasn't ever been cleaned. The facility grounds themselves were a little rundown and not well kept up. In the afternoons there were some older individuals who were not very pleasant operating the one elevator in the entire building. One day I wanted to go to the gym but could not figure out the secret to entering the code on the elevator I saw a maintenance person who refused to help me. He just said enter the code on the buttons. I did several times but it never worked. I walked out of elevator again ran into someone else on the grounds told them I already asked for help and wasn't given any. He did walk over with me ans showed me how the code works. The pool was simply just gross the water was cloudy every day and never looked clean at all. Overall we had a good stay. The condo was nice. There was just a few small details that could be updated for the price people pay.

Very nice condo in a great location

The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. My husband and I along with our daughter and two grandchildren were all very comfortable. It’s right next to Sea and Suda which is handy but also I think made us more constantly hungry with all the good odors!

The room wasn’t that clean. Main problem were the elevators and going through garage to the beach. Not enough parking spaces for all the condos and the parking spaces were so narrow and small, you could barely get out of the car if you did get a parking space. Most of the week we were there, one elevator didn’t work. We had to wait up to 20 minutes for and elevator and packed in like sardines. And my son in law lost his parking pass and they made him go to an ATM right then and there and had to pay $25 extra. He prob dropped it in the elevator when we were packed in. I think we should be reimbursed. The washing machine didn’t work but they did fix it. I asked for some type of credit but was told no. The pool was chipping with paint peeling off. We did have a nice stay if it weren’t for those issues. The room bath bunk beds was like a closet. I didn’t think it could be advertised as a room because it didn’t have a closet but the boys had fun in there. But if the boys were any older, it would have been uncomfortable.
